AC went in our condo when we came down for vacation. I called Cola and they were there two hours later. Got a great price on a new unit and it was installed today. Great service and we are now enjoying ice cold AC.

Believe the five stars!!! From the first called at 9:30 pm at night Dan return the called. Our AC unit was not blowing cool air he responded fast and set the appt. and went from there. Honest and helpful from the beginning very satisfied customer. Save us $$$ and gave reasonable options. Cola Cooling is the place. :)

My review is almost a year late but better late than never Dan came out and found the problem quickly told him we just had this duplex built and he told my wife he would love to do the work but he wanted to save us money he got the contact info of the person who installed our ac unit and had them do it for free due to warranty. Because he did the right thing instead of taking our money he will be the only ac repairman we use on our duplexes going forward!

If you're looking for an honest HVAC company, look no further. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Cola Cooling saved us from losing $3,400+ to another company that tried to scam us and they didn't even charge us for their visit! Dan is a first class business owner and runs a first class company. We will use them exclusively for all of our HVAC needs. It's so hard to find honest, reputable contractors in Florida and even more difficult when you don't live here full time. We have definitely found an honest, reputable company in Cola Cooling.

Dan repaired our pool electric heat pump efficiently and very reasonably, saved us a lot of money- he answers his phone he comes when he says he will. We have company here for Thanksgiving and the pool was cold - now it’s fixed. Many thanks to Dan!

Dan will not stear you wrong. Honesty, loyal on time and all the other good stuff you don't see in this world anymore. Did ya here about the honest yeah I said that already. I'll never forget this an elderly lady needed help. Dan went right over and helped. That has stuck with for a long time he didn't charge her. Another company was pushing her in the wrong direction. I have an elderly dad I get it.

I have found my new Air Conditioning Company. I needed a new unit and Dan came out with a great price and product. Shane was great and his coworker also. I needed a second opinion regarding an air conditioning problem, so I called Cola Cooling, it was a waste of time. After looking at the system for less than five minute he announced I needed a new system and never did as I requested, "give me a second opinions bid." It appear he was too busy to spend a few minutes going over my system and cost to fix. The only reason he may have felt short of time is that he made an appointment to show up at 9 am and was over 1 1/2 hours late.

My wife and I own and run a rental property in Cape Coral from Ohio. When we bought our home we used Cola Cooling to install the pool heater. They were great to work with and did a great job. A few months later while guest were staying at the home the AC no longer cooled the home. I called Cola Cooling right away and with in 2 hours he was there and got the AC back up and running. Guest came home and were so happy to have a cool house and fast service. He saved the day for them and us. It turned out we needed a new HVAC but our house was rented for most of the spring besides 2 days. He was able to work his schedule with our rentals to install new AC. He is always there to help and willing to go above and beyond. I am in the services industry and he ranks up there as the best in the industry.

My husband and I experienced some sweltering days living in Florida, but nothing compared to the intense heat we endured on Sunday, July 2nd. The day our Trane air conditioner went on vacation, leaving us without any warning.

It's always surprising how things malfunction at the most inconvenient moments, such as before a holiday.
Since the 4th of July holiday was upon us, we decided to wait until the next business day.

The hubby contacted Cola Cooling, a company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, great reviews, and a solid online presence on social media. He spoke with Dan Cola, who had a full schedule that day and couldn’t see us until the following afternoon after 2:00pm.

We made the appointment with Cola Cooling but called another company that has been in business for many years with good ties to the community and excellent reviews.

They diagnosed the issue as the motor on the air exchanger went out and said they’d be in touch. We tried following up with them, but they never returned our phone calls. Perhaps they were as overwhelmed as we were during that time.

Meanwhile, Dan from Cola Cooling gave the exact diagnoses as the prior company without any information from us, but this isn't the part that surprised us. What impressed us was what Dan did to get our air conditioner working.

Trane products are proprietary, and their air conditioner parts warehouse is in Texas. It's no secret that getting replacement parts for just about anything is hard nowadays. Dan managed to get the part we needed, but our air conditioner still did not work after he installed it.

When he contacted Trane, they doubted the replacement part they sent was the problem and suggested that another part could be causing the issue, and if that were the case, it would be a month before we could get it. The conversation ended with Trane agreeing to exchange the part with a new one.

Meanwhile, the weekend was upon us again, and we had to go a few more days without air conditioning. Our saving grace was late-night swims in our pool and the air conditioner in the garage.

At 5:00 am on Monday, Dan drove to Naples to exchange the defective replacement part for a new one; when he installed it, it worked.
