I have used Rich Rooter on numerous occasions. He was always on time. He always got the job done. Never an issue. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After not being able to use our bathroom for 4 days, we looked forward to Rich and his "crew" being done and our bathroom being fixed. Nope. They left a mess and they replaced the guts of our toilet, which weren't broken prior to them coming out, with inferior product which we have to pay to replace as they wouldn't come fix it the same day they said everything was done. There was blood everywhere. Apparently, one of the workers cut themselves at some point and decided to leave their biohazard for me to clean up. They didn't communicate with us, they didn't do a good job, and they left a potentially dangerous substance in my house. Awful, awful company. They also used our hose, buckets, and tools rather than using their own. When they were finished, they cleaned up nothing, and they left 200 pounds of broken pipe in a garbage can we can't move. They also left our toilet on cheap plastic shims and did not communicate to the landlord that the tile needed to be replaced. The third day of their "work" they said it would be finished and we came home to a sign on our toilet saying not to use it. That was the extent to the communication.

Returns phone calls!!!! Unheard of! Arrived 10 min. earlier than stated. Did an excellent job. Have used Rich before and will continue to use him. Nice to deal with a reasonable adult who values people’s time.

Great group of people, very knowledgeable. Came and dug up my septic tank lids, cleared a clog that I had.. Showed me where clog came out, cleaned my filter and got me flowing again. Covered everything back up, looked great when they left.. Will highly recommend them to all friends and family.

These guys are the best!!! After a 900 dollar quote from another company, Rich came over immediately and fixed my problem, all for a third of the other quote! I will recommend him all day, quick honest and efficient!!

I called Rich's Rooter around 5 pm and reached the voicemail. I left a message and he called back within 5 minutes. Rich came out himself free of charge. Diagnosed my issue in a matter of minutes. After he cleared my line. He then scoped my drain at no extra charge with a color camera and showed me where my issue was. We discussed my options. Instead of trying to sale me on a repipe. Rich gave me a greet deal on High velocity water jetting. Now I will be good for years to come. Have to say he truly cares about helping people in crisis. Thank you Rich from my family to yours!

Rich and his company took care of a clog I had under my kitchen sink. I had everything moved out of their way and cleaned up by the time the techs arrived. They came in with a small snake, and cleared a clog in the line. Told me that they would recommend "jetting" and sending a camera in the line. I trusted their judgment and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone I know. Am going to tell all my friends and family about Rich and his company

I called Rich on Saturday afternoon after our kitchen sink backed up. He picked up after a couple rings and was ready to schedule then and there. He had availability on Monday at a time that worked for me and was timely in arrival with an employee. He did the work (cleared up a rust block) and did not try to sell me additional service I did not need/could not afford. He charged a flat service rate and left. It was fast, efficient, and cost-effective, which is exactly how most people want it.

Best plumber in town 10 out of 10 he had helped me with a lot of work thank you.
