Highest integrity and professionalism. No water pressure from my well system... called early in the morning. Michael was on site that same morning and made repairs to the well system. Water restored that afternoon. Later I had a few questions about the repairs and discussed them with Michael. Michael was easily accessible, responsive and went above and beyond to address my questions / concerns. I have found it hard over the years to find skilled tradesmen like Michael showing integrity and professionalism. Michael at WaterTech 239 will go down on my very small list of people that have shown these traits and I will recommend his water services to anyone!

Michael was very professional and responsive to our issue. Came out and replaced our pressure tank at a GREAT value. If you need water/well service with great customer service at a fair price then Water Tech is who you should call. Our family will be using them in the future for all our water needs. I called them about a problem, they fixed it, but a week later a similar problem appeared related to the last one and they want us to pay more money for the service call. Bad service, the technician was rude and ironic. These people fixed and replaced almost the entire system in my house a year ago and now they want more money. What’s up with the warranty and customer retention policy? shameee

Mike and Alyssa are amazing! One of the most professional and easy to deal with companies I've ever used. They came out to help with a sulfur smell coming from our water the same day that we called. Later that night I had no water pressure, so I called them to see what they thought it was and they came back out to find that one of the pipes burst to the water system. They fixed it and we were back up and running again in about 20 minutes. I will be referring anyone and everyone to them, and will be using them for any of my plumming needs. Great people and absolutely top notch service.

We just bought our house and had no clue about our well system. We lost water in the house and after about 10 minutes of calling they were here ready to fix my problem they were super nice and explained EVERYTHING to us and gave us a really great rate! I will definitely be using them for all my maintenance and services from now on. Really great people really great company!

If you have any well troubles in Cape Coral, call WaterTech239! I had signs of my well drying up including pressure surges and air in the lines. I called late in the evening and within an hour they showed up! They were very clear about their pricing before performing any work. Quality workmanship completed efficiently. Their team was very friendly, they even fixed a leaking pipe on my nearby irrigation line for no extra charge! Great people, great company! Highly recommend!

Michael and Alyssa are great people who do a great job. I had an issue with a valve on our well system, and Michael was able to come out EARLY in the morning to diagnose and repair. Amazing service. After getting a brand new water tank our water started smelling again after dealing with a previously rude company we decided to give watertech239 a call. They were so professional and down to earth. Spoke to Alyssa in the morning and she was so sweet and helpful. When Mike showed up after having a full schedule they still managed to service our home, and told us what to look for if we have any more issues. They are a great company and very professional, they truly care about helping people. we have found our go to water repair company.

If you're looking for the best company, look no further. Mike came out the day we called as we'd been out of water all night. He worked on our pump for about an hour before we all came to the conclusion that it was futile. We decided to get a new one, he recommended and installed it even working until until near dark. His price was very reasonable. I was somewhat apprehensive when Alyssa asked for credit card to secure an appointment but Mike explained everything he did and what it would cost. He went above and beyond expectations. Card wasn't charged until agreed up price was set and the work finished! He and his wife were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!!

We called due to a bad pressure switch. We were told no technician was available for 5 days because a van was in the shop. The company then sent a tech to do our monthly service on the same day we called for an emergency call. We had already contacted another company to restore water to our house who responded same day. They then charged us for the monthly service which was not performed.

We have cancelled our service and will not recommend them to anyone.

This company was very responsive with there over the phone quote and got to our home quickly as we had no hot water. They performed the service they quoted and the hot water tank works as it should.
