Darwin Romero always is so helpful and organized with the scheduling and always does his best to get someone out as soon as they can. Joe Jasilewicz was onsite at one of our properties and did not give up, ended up finding the buried cleanouts for 2 buildings. Took the time to extend those to prevent further issues. Matt assisted with my first issue & was a tremendous help. Next call they sent Mike S who rapidly resolved my next plumbing issue. Friendly, professional & on time. Reasonable rates. James is the man! Called Avis regarding a clogged sewer line around 2 and James was here by 5:30 the same day (the day after Christmas) and had the issue resolved super quickly! I would call them again without any hesitation.

We recently had Elmer at Avis Plumbing scheduled to fix some plumbing issues at our condo in Pelican Landing. My wife and I don't remember ever having a service technician from any company that was so nice and listened to our plumbing concerns. He was able to resolve multiple issues all within an hour's time. My wife is currently on the POA board in Southbridge, and we were so impressed with Elmer she will recommend Elmer from Avis Plumbing for future requirements.

I’m a property manager, owner of a small business that takes care of homes and condos for owners when they’re not here. One of the condos under my charge had the owners daughter and husband staying there and we had a water heater issue that needed attention after regular business hours. we contacted Avis Plumbing And they sent out Tristian, One of their plumbers. He had to change out the thermostat and a heating element in a brand new water heater that Avis Plumbing did not install. The folks in the condo were delighted with his service and his attitude, he really saved the day for us.

We arrived at our home from NY late in the evening and noticed immediately that our Air Conditioning was not working. The thermostat read 86 degrees. We called Avis and their A/C technician Joe Jasilewicz spoke to my husband and tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, when that didn't work he immediately came to our home and identified the problem...it being extremely late at night and the unit being completely frozen he showed up promptly at 9 am in the morning and was able to go in our attic and get the unit running. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly...thank you Joe it was a pleasure and we are comfortably cool!

I needed the plunger in my bathroom sink replaced. The part was not on the truck, or in the shop. Joe went to Home Depot and returned promptly and got the job done. He was very pleasant and I would request him in the future. I always use Avis for my plumbing needs! Thanks for being the best in the town Brian!

I’m in property management, so I deal with a lot of vendors, and our technician Matt truly stood out. We had a main line issue, and Matt was awesome! He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and worked efficiently.

What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain everything in detail and was honest about his assessment and the breakdown of the repair/work needed. He also took the extra steps to ensure everything was clear before he left. That level of transparency and care is hard to find.

We had duct work done in our attic. Avis was recommended by manager @TBC where we have timeshares; thus, called, appointment. The team (Johnny and Mike V) came. Work well as a team; they feed off each other, a pleasure to observe. They work flawlessly, each feeding off one snother. Obviously both experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. The handler was moved, duct work replaced. Bottom line, NO MESS. For 2 days, our garage was their temp workshop. Not a speck left. One would have thought a cleaning crew did the job.

Our rental house had a leak in the wall. Elmer came out after hours and got the 3 leaking pipes replaced. Was clean and timely. Tenants were happy!

A couple weeks later now Johnny came out to our home to perform AC maintenance. Very thorough. A great company over all for any of your plumbing and AC needs. Both were very professional and kind.
