We were forced to reach out for a Friday evening service call, and we got excellent service and a great outcome, from Mike S. He was reassuring and professional on the phone while setting things up, came promptly and provided updates on when he would arrive, did the work quickly, and everything works (!), all while remaining amazingly friendly despite the inconvenient time. This is my 3rd or 4th time using this company, and it's been great each time. Highly recommend.

Called Avis plumbing to change our garbage disposal in the kitchen and Matt was very courteous and got the job done. Had some other plumbing work done in the 2 bathrooms. We had a problem with one of the pipes under the sink after it was installed and David J came the next morning and took care of everything. David J provided us with an excellent personalized service and you always left that he took it to heart to ensure everything would be fine. If an issue is not completely fixed, you know that David J (and Avis plumbing) will make sure to find the solution.

David J. Was great! He was here to replace 2 hose bibs and a patio sink shutoff. He was courteous, explained what he was going to do in detail. Did the work efficiently and made sure that I was happy with his work. I would recommend David and Avis Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work. Great Job David! 5 Stars from me.

We had a superb experience with Avis Plumbing and Heating. Our technician, David J, very clearly laid out to us what our issue was and what options we had to fix it. His thorough explanation and then his efficient, detailed work had our problem fixed in no time. We highly recommend David!

Outside shut off valve had to be replaced. Joe was here. He did an excellent job AND he was so kind and courteous!!!

We had Anthony from Avis install our water heater today. Anthony did a great job. He called when he was in route with an eta and showed up exactly as he said. His work was impeccable. Before he left he answered all our questions and you couldn’t see any signs in our home that a major plumbing job was done.

Avis was very responsive to a repair needed by our HOA. James responded and very quickly assessed what needed to be done. He was efficient and did a great job with the repair. He was very friendly and easy to work with!! Thanks James!!

So, I have been a satisfied Avis customer for a while. However, I just to check to say that I have just had a very needed and very helpful visit from one of your best - David J. My place is still limping along from hurricane damage and so I called Avis yesterday for help. David arrived early this morning to fix my washer/dryer connection - and improve the flow of water (a lot) into my unit from outside. He also patiently explained the water system to me. Called Avis late at night and they came right away. Noah was excellent and very professional quick and to the point. He was well educated and knew the solution right away. Great experience highly recommend.

Avis Plumbing was GREAT! David J. is the man. I needed to replace a toilet in my home, so I called Avis and was immediately set up with an appointment by Darwin. He was awesome. David came out and took care of the replacement quickly without any issues. I recommend them for any plumbing issues. And ask for David. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Avis sent Joe Jasilewicz out to repair a toilet at our community clubhouse. I got a quick response on the day after a holiday weekend. Joe was great - fast, efficient, thorough, and didn't mind me standing over him when he was working. But best of all - Avis did not rip me off or try to sell me a service contract!

Late in the day this past Friday I had a problem with my home air conditioner at my house in Cape Coral. Despite my call being made late in the afternoon on a Friday, Avis had a technician, Johnny, at my home diagnosing the situation within about 25 minutes of my call for service. Johnny worked diligently beyond the normal “work day”, and he kept me up to date on what the problem was. He took the steps necessary to address the immediate situation and he kept me apprised of what all needed to be done. I highly recommend Avis, and particularly their technician Johnny, for any home AC problems.

These guys are great. Our A/C broke down - we called them at 3pm and they showed up at 4pm and got it fixed by 6pm. Very responsive and professional guys. It was expensive but I am pretty sure prices are very similar to other providers. Would definitely use them again!

Joe Ewicz was very friendly and helpful. I called this morning and he came a couple hours later. Did what he could without the parts for the repair and made another appointment for me.

We used Avis to find some cleanouts that were buried under 6" of dirt & mulch on two builsings. Their Tech - Joe Jasilewicz was renetless in locating these and added an extension. Big Thanks to JOE & Avis Plumbing

They were very professional and did an excellent job installing 2 split air systems to our elevator mechanical rooms for our two commercial buildings. They left the property clean and cool!
