George and Ryan did an excellent job. Accessed a major water leak. Pool guy was able to join and fully repair. Very informative and helpful. Trusting them to come back out and do maintenance on the water heater and other plumbing jobs. Great company and employees.

Sean came out on Monday gave me a thorough estimate which I accepted. Tuesday morning and he was here by 11:00 a.m. to remove the old water heater and install a new one. Exceptional customer service, professional, and cleaned up after completing the job. As a single lady, and fairly new in town I'm so glad I chose Plumbing Nerds!

I called Plumbing Nerds because our shower drain took 48 hours to drain and the name was funny. They had immediate openings and were adjustable when I realized I had double booked an appointment and would not be available during the morning slot. What was even more incredible is they arrived at the beginning of the time slot, not the end! They also send a text with a photograph of the person coming to your home with their name, a phone number, and other information about your appointment. Daniel was our plumber. He fixed the problem, gave maintenance advice, and was a good conversationalist. When he cleared our drain, he even CLEANED OUR SHOWER afterward! He seemed very knowledgeable about chemicals, pipes, his occupation, and even the Fort Myers area. He cleared our drain and for reference, the price of the cleaning and an additional product we purchased to maintain our drain was $418.

George Santiago provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I knew how to access my water main and where my water meter was. He answered all my questions and provided me with detailed options for the work. He completed the work and made sure I understood everything he did and that I was happy with the results.

Recently I had them come to my house for a clogged sewer line. They help me out big time and got the problem fixed quick, efficiently, and most importantly cleaned up their mess as if they were never even here. I also got the opportunity to speak to one of their manager Sam. Great guy, he listened to everything that I had to say about their guys and their work. We had a hiccup, it's construction, things happen but he made it right. These are the type of people that I will always do business with and I will refer them to others with confidence. Thank you again Sam for listening and being a stand-up businessman and making things right.

Sebastian arrived in a timely manner. He installed a new garbage disposal, tested the plunging and cleaned up. Thank you for a job well done.
