Ron was great! He was punctual, skilled, very clean, and respectful. Ron installed a hot water heater. I would highly recommend Ron. I opted for the customer protection plan because it will save me tons of money.

Junior did a great job from start to finish. Very professional. Very knowledgeable with a lot of years of experience. We are very pleased with the job.

Billy was amazing, he came on tuesday and we needed a good amount of work done fast for my air bnb, as I had tenants coming Thursday afternoon. He finished all of the work in one day before they arrived. He installed a shower for us and fix a lot of the plumbing issues due to the hurricane. And thanks Billy for being a great communicator on everything. Very Professional. THANKS AGAIN

Billy was fantastic. My water heater died (and lots of water leaked out) and he came out on Sunday. The heater needed to be replaced and he told me just what to order and came to install it the day after it arrived. I’m very happy with my service from Next Plumbing!

Next Plumbing to the rescue. I had a problem with the toilet in my bathroom that never would seem to flush all the way so I called Next Plumbing and scheduled my appointment. The Plumber called to let me know that he was on his way and he was actually there before the time frame. He was very polite and seemed very attentive. I explained to my problems he went looked at the toilet and gave me a couple options. I decided to go with the replacement of the toilet, even though Junior gave me a couple other options. Replace the toilet cleaned up the area sprayed some very nice spelling stuff and he even wore booties in my house. I am very thankful to run across Next Plumbing and have them back in my house in the future.

Thank you Ron for the excellent work that you did for us. We had multiple plumbing issues in our house and Ron got all of them done in one day. Also thank you Sandra and Brittney for the great customer service when I called in for scheduling.

Matthew Smith did an amazing fixing my clogged toilet at far price and was super efficient!!

I had my first toilet issue last week and when I called next pluming they sent Adam out and he got it done so quickly!! I was embarrassed by the looks of what was happening in the bathroom but he was so professional and nice and he even cleaned the area he worked in and left it smelling like oranges, I love oranges btw! so that’s why I will always ask next for Adam every time I need plumbing.

Junior did a great job of installing a natural gas line hook up for my portable generator. He was on time, professional, thorough and cleaned up after he was done. I highly recommend him and Next Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Billy was amazing .. very helpful and fixed everything. Not only came same day but was one of the most kind and professional people I have met in this business. As a small business owner I wish I had employees that were a fraction as good as him. Thank you NEXT plumbing.

Next plumbing has always been great. We have used them every time since we first have. We purchased a service plan and our toilet was running. The service technician showed up and let me know that would be free from my plan. I am a very happy customer, thank you so much Billy for your service.

UPDATE

Doug returned to fix the pipes on my sprinkler system, today on 8/26/24 and again did a terrific job. I'd write a separate review, but Google won't let me write more than one! I added an extra picture of the work he did with my underground pipes! If you ever need a plumber, call NEXT, and make sure they send Doug to your home! Doug is very efficient, nice, professional, and he'll take care of you!

I had Purchased a Customer protection plan with Next Plumbing well worth it for the inspections and water heater flushes alone! Paying less than $600 for 10 years that’s $60 a year! For my first inspection they sent Matt out and I knew my kitchen faucet could use replacement but he showed me that one of bathroom faucets was so corroded it was a flood waiting to happen. The attention to detail and level of customer service is just above reproach!

Billy and Jeff explained in detail what needed to be done as well as price. The workmanship was outstanding! Professionalism was A+, thanks so much for being prompt and efficient!

I had Matt out to me Home to give me options on how to make this horrible Florida city water better… I love how he gave several options in a range of prices.. I got one that’s right for me and couldn’t be happier!

I’d give zero stars. Needed an estimate for a whole house re-piping Ashley was so kind to tell me that there is a service fee $88 and I said for an estimate and she said yes.
I’ll pass on that and go with the plumbers that offer a free estimate. I’ve had 3 so far come out and give me estimates and not a one has charged a single fee.

Driver in this companies work van drives way to fast almost hit me from behind and driving like a mad man through traffic on veterans. Must be a great run company!
