After a big storm our sump pump quit and the basement started taking on water. Panicked call to Next Plumbing. They had someone out within a few hours even though it was after normal business hours. He got the pump running again, checked the whole system, and gave us some tips to prevent it happening next time. Super knowledgeable guy, no mess, reasonable cost considering the urgency. We've already told our neighbors about them. Thanks for saving our basement!

We were notified of a possible leak by the water company and called Next Plumbing to identify where it was since they advertised leak detection as one of their main areas of expertise. When I scheduled, we were told it would be a fee for them to come out, but if any repair was needed, most of that would go towards the repair. When they came out, they then charged another $239 for a “visual leak inspection”. But then ultimately couldn’t tell us where the leak was coming from, and gave us the impression that the leak was very serious (which was not the same impression the water company had). They said that we could call another company to have electronic leak detection done, and that they had a tool for that but “didn’t know how to use it”. They gave us an extremely high quote for a repipe instead (we got two other quotes which were thousands of dollars less). So we paid over $200 for them to just look around, something we’d already done ourselves.

The crew at Next Plumbing are awesome! Fixed our leaky shower valve in like 20 minutes and left everything spotless. Polite, professional, on time. Five stars easy.

Austin was terrific. He was very informative, drained our hot water heater, checked our toilets, and even showed us how to loosen our garbage disposal which was stuck after being away from the unit for over one month. In fact, he also provided several best practices to avoid this situation in the future.

Just had my annual water heater flush through their protection plan. The technician showed up exactly when promised, did a thorough check of all the plumbing, spotted a small corrosion issue on an outdoor spigot and fixed it before it turned into a problem. Really appreciate the proactive approach, they actually care about preventing bigger issues down the road. Love having this peace of mind in Florida's crazy weather. Next Plumbing is the real deal!

We've been with Next Plumbing for a couple years now and they're consistently the best. Last week our water heater started acting up making weird noises and not getting hot enough. They came out, diagnosed it right away, flushed the tank, replaced a part, and explained everything so we understood what was going on. No pressure, fair pricing, and now it's working better than ever. Highly recommend this company to anyone in Cape Coral. You won't be disappointed.

Matt came out to look at our plumbing issue that several other companies had failed to resolve… he had it fixed in no time and at a very reasonable price. With near Superhuman knowledge. There’s no other tech I would want working on my plumbing.. plus the filtration system he recommended is a lifesaver. Plus he’s a very handsome guy!

I called for a leak detection service for my home. The person answering the phone was very polite and offered for a technician to be there within the hour. I loved that! Joey arrived as promised and was very up front about cost and services. Explained everything to me and taught me a few things about what to look for as well when it comes to plumbing and leak detection. He was able to locate the problem and fix it within a timely manner. The receipt was very detailed as far as work went, which made me feel better knowing they also keep track of what they do, who does it, what parts and what not. Had to have the whole house repiped and water heater replaced. Terry and Joey were fabulous workers! The job was completed in one day. They were knowledgeable efficient professional and their work was of the highest quality. They paid attention to details were communicative and on top of everything else were nice guys.
