I called to see if he could give me a rough estimate for a plumbing problem. He said he doesn't do it for free, so I said that's fine, I understand. However, I told him I was going to call other plumbers as he was the first that I had called. He was rude and hung up on me, so I thought that was that. He called back later and I told him I had decided to proceed with a different company. He said next time don't waste his time and never to call them back again because I'll be blacklisted.

Based on just my phone experience, I definitely won't. If someone is going to be as rude and aggressive as he was, I definitely don't want working in my home.

Great service. Happy with the communication and the work. Will happily refer to friends and family! Installed our water heater middle overnight while our garage was flooding. Answered our call and came failrly quickly. Very affordable!

I called them. They gave me a price of them coming to evaluate what was wrong. They asked me if I wanted them to be there in a couple of hours or the following day. I asked for a couple of hours they confirmed and set me the appointment, but it was close to midnight and I didn’t see anybody come the following day I called, twice in at the third time I just gave up If you say you’re going to be there, you should show up or even have the decency to call and tell them that you won’t be able to do the job.

The only thing good I can say about this company is they were prompt for their appointment. I needed repair work done to the faucet in my shower. He did the repair but installed used parts and charged me full price as I found out later on. He told me they didn't make that brand of parts anymore but he had something in his truck that would work. Being naive, I accepted his word. He showed me his repair work and that the leak had been fixed and I was accepting of that. He stated he would put everything back together and clean up. After he left I went into my bathroom to see there was grease all over the tub, on the wall, the bathroom door knob, and the countertop. There was something gooey in the tub by the drain that took me forever to get off. Something urged me to call a couple of other companies to see how much they would charge for the same job. Both companies I contacted were within the same price however their quote was for new parts not used ones. I realize I only looked at the repair work and not the completed job so I take responsibility for that but to install used parts is not the way to do business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not hire if you have pets!! I never leave a bad review and always try to promote local businesses, but this was the most awful service I have ever received. Dave was very abrasive on the phone, I asked how long it would take he said, “Well that’s not relevant” but it is if you have somewhere to be after. On the phone he said I would be able to choose from a bunch of faucet options but he brought in only one choice and of course it was the most expensive option. Another unprofessional act made by Dave was that every time one of my dogs barked he stopped talking and was annoyed at the fact he was interrupted by my dogs who were excited that someone was in their presence. At one point he actually said “Wow! The barking is really killing my ears!” And plugged his ears with tissue paper, who does that!? The dogs didn’t bark that much just here and there because there was a stranger in their house (dog owners can understand this). He made snide comments regarding my dogs saying they don’t listen to me…so unprofessional. After he left he didn’t close my back yard gate and my dogs got put into the neighborhood. Luckily they DO listen to me and I got them back after finding them! I see all the reviews were so good and maybe he was having a terrible day, but I do not recommend. He was rude , work was not even that great and he scuffed the brand new $250 faucet tightening it (picture attached). The price quoted on the phone was low, but after all was done it was the same as all the other quotes I got. Take the good reviews with a grain of salt because the Dave I got does not like dogs, leaves a damaged product, and wasn’t worth my money! If I had to rate this 1-10, 0/10 would most definitely be my answer.

Dave was super helpful and fulfilled all of my service needs, this company is certainly all about quality work, and the best pricing for estimates I’ve seen. They demonstrate lots of integrity and proactivity. Definitely would recommend!
