Signed up again for the Annual Plumbing Protection & Care Plan. Brook came out and walked through everything with me. Even flushed my water heater that same evening. He identified the problems I was having with one of my tub showers. Since I had Moen products, they replaced the parts free of charge. Brook came back out once I received the parts and my shower is working like new. He is a great guy & i would recommend him to anyone. On time, professional, honest and personable. I hope Aztec realizes what a gem of an employee they have!!

The technician (plumber), Brook, was professional and knew his stuff. He was determined to fix my problem and did. He showed me the cracks in the flange and described in detail the repair. Told me what the cost would be. Cleaned up totally. I have used Aztec 3 times now and have been very impressed with their staff.

This company is relentless in contacting you to leave a review or to hire them to do work for you. Yet again I GET ANOTHER TEXT asking if they want me to hire them. Heck no, your prices are outrageous. I thought I was going to have a heart attack when they quoted me a price. I was told that I needed a COMMERICAL grade water softner when in fact I did not. I called another company out and they found a clog and reset the system and now I am getting soft water. As far as the inside work goes the plumber did everything for way less than what Aztec quoted. I do not know how they stay in business!! Oh yea here is your review rating that you keep pesting me for! Zero stars if I could give them!

Nathan with Aztec plumbing replaced an old malfunctioning whole house water system for us. The old unit malfunctioned causing us to have to turn off the water to our house. We were without water for almost a day. We called Aztec on a Sunday and requested service. Nathan showed up the next morning at 8 am. He removed all the old equipment and installed a new unit for us all in the same day. We have used Aztec plumbing a few times and have never been disappointed. They are professional and always on time. Very reliable and courteous.

I had a serious issue with clogged pipes, and Aztec Plumbing came to the rescue! The technician Tarique was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly and had my pipes running smoothly again in no time! What I appreciated most was his friendly attitude and attention to detail. He made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before he left. I HIGHLY recommend!

David Manookian did an excellent plumbing job in my home. First, he was well within the scheduled time window. He installed a new toilet, kitchen faucet, under-sink valve and then disconnected an outdoor hose that I was unable to do myself. He answered all questions and gave clear explanations of the processes. He was personable and professional at all times.

The professionalism and knowledge of the Aztec service people is the best. Same day service and having all the parts really helps. The man that came out yesterday, Giandrey, was one of the nicest and respectful service person I've ever dealt with, he explained everything in a way that I could understand what he was doing. Although no a cheap service call I would definitely recommend Aztec to anyone.

We experienced a serious clogged toilet. After our call to Aztec he responded within an hour.
He serviced our problem professionally, quickly and with absolutely no mess. A gentleman and professional throughout the service call.
Regarding price; considering the problem, response time, rapid and clean repair by an experienced plumber, getting back to normal was a bargain.

Joel and Anthony did a great job. They took extra time jetting my lines to ensure that they got every one of them including ones that were getting sealed off from the spalling of the cast-iron and very difficult to reach. I was impressed, especially with the rain clouds coming while they were still outside, but they were determined to do a thorough job. I respect and appreciate that a lot as a fellow contractor. Used Aztec Plumbing for a new hot water heater. They responded to my call promptly on a Saturday and had a technician out in less than two hours to replace our dead hot water heater. The technician, Quinton, was very nice and did a great job removing and insatalling the new water heater. He informed us of the Preventive Care Plan that Aztec offers at a really nice price for the first year and we took advantage of the plan. Very happy with the service and will use Aztec Plumbing for any future service at our home.

Great customer service people of their word. Installed garbage disposal and complete plumbing for our family kitchen rebuild faucet and saved me loads of money. They keep to their word in that they beat any estimate by at least 15 percent.
