I had to have a new toilet installed. Desi picked up the toilet at the store the day before the installation. Desi arrived on time and he was professional and friendly. He worked thoroughly, no short cuts. One of the pieces that came with the new toilet did not fit properly. He went back to the warehouse to get the correct piece. He left work area clean after finishing the job.
Kudos to Christina in the office as well. She is very responsive, fast scheduling, excellent communication.
Will use Champion Plumbing again when needed. Thank you!

Our toilets were bubbling and water starting coming up in our shower and tub in both bathrooms, so we figured our septic was over filled and needed draining. Of course it was a Sunday. I didn't know who to call so I googled and champion plumbing was the first company that came up, so we gave them a call. They said they were available today and the owner himself came out within a couple hours after finishing another call. I would highly recommend using them and will be using them for all my septic & well needs in the future. He was very professional and educated us on how to properly care for and maintain our septic/well. Thank you so much for such great service

They responded to my backed septic quickly. The tech that showed up (Jake) was pleasant and very professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. He was honest, could have charged us for the repair and pumping but he said the system is working great so we don't really need to pump.
If you have a septic issue I highly recommend calling Champion and if you are lucky you will get Jake to take care of it.

I've used Champion Plumbing twice in the past three months, both times have been for septic issues, and both times they have gone above and beyond to make sure our plumbing troubles have been resolved.

Cristina answered the phone on a Sunday morning and scheduled someone to come out that same day. Sam arrived quickly and he immediately went to work troubleshooting the issue. He then took the time to explain the problem, the probable cause, and a possible solution to our drain field troubles.

When they say 24 hour service it's no joke. They mean it! These guys are professional, punctual, and really take the time to ensure the customer is satisfied.

I hired Champion Plumbing for a large septic job on my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, knowledgeable, and fully prepared for a big project. He explained every step of the process, handled all the digging and installation flawlessly, and made sure everything was done the right way.

Met Sam, the owner, a great guy. He took care of a clogged drain by snaking and flushing out a big clog of built up grease. He explained everything and walked me through what to do in the future to take care of my drains. He's very knowledgeable, affordable, and thorough. I highly recommend him.

We had an outstanding experience with Champion Plumbing, Sewer & Drain at our home in Cape Coral. They were an incredible team to have during a true plumbing emergency, especially over the holidays. From the very first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and compassion.

My family was in town for Christmas when our home’s sewer line backed up and could not be cleared. The owner personally came out, stayed on the job, and made sure every repair was completed properly. The work involved replacing the sewer line and clearing the interior lines, and the entire process was explained clearly and handled efficiently.

Before I retired, I was a contractor for nearly 40 years, and I can honestly say this company would have been a great addition to our subcontractor list. A pleasure having Jacob out to resolve issues with my septic tank. Very knowledgeable and confident gentleman. Worked professionally and a courteous individual. Our water heater started leaking. Champion (Desi) came out the same day we called to install a new heater and remove the old one. Desi did such a professional job. He kept the area clean he was polite and explained what was wrong and what he was doing. And they did it for a better price than the 5 other companies I called. They did so good, I called the very next day to Install a new toilet (that I broke trying to install 🤦‍♂️). Desi again came out the same day, and did the very same excellent job. I can't express how appreciative we are for them they will absolutely be our go to company for anything plumbing or sewer related. And it doesn't hurt that it's a veteran owned company. The guys have been awesome. Came out for an emergency and now they are here replacing all the pipes in my home. I regret not going to them for our first emergency after we moved in. The price difference between the two companies was shocking. And we were told we'd get a quote to replace the pipes and a separate quote to remodel our master bath, it has been a month now in our New to use home and we still haven't received a quote for anything. Aztec on the other hand gave me a quote on the spot and gave me finance options to have the pipes replaced. Fast forward 16 hours or so and they are in the middle of replacing the pipes.
Thank you Aztec, you made this easy and affordable.

I have used Aztec multiple times for various things and both Manny and David really know their stuff. All occasions have been so informative, thorough and so so pleasant. I cannot say enough amazing things about them both. VERY VERY professional and caring above all.

Jordan P. Is awesome. He showed up on a friday after 1700 with a smile on his face ready to solve our plumbing issues. He explained everything making sure I knew all my options. He was is a very knowledgeable technician. Jordan was able to quickly fix our issues and let me know how to try to avoid any similar problems. I asked if it was his last appointment and he stated he didn't know, the day ends when they stop sending him work. I was so impressed that a younger person had that kind of work ethic.

hewas the perfect gentleman! very polite! however, when I called Aztec I asked for a leak dectetor to come to my home and they sent a plumber!!!! I reiriated several times that I had a leak that I was not able to find!! at any rate he was able to relieve my worst fear and tell me that all my plumbing was up in my attic and not under my tile like I thoughtT I appoligised to him for wasting his time and thats when he told me that they did not tell him!! so, the tech was great but, the company not so much!!!!

We needed our whole house re plumbed due to outdated piping that was causing a leak. The guys over at Aztec are awesome. They showed up on time with a crew of 3. Devon, Brian and Miguel (I’m pretty sure that’s his name, I’m bad with names) did an amazing job. They were all very professional, friendly and did things above and beyond our expectations. Brandon, The guy who came out to quote us, was great as well. They were able to re pipe our whole house in one day! Even though it was on the higher end of our budget it was an all around good experience. I'm definitely calling aztec for future plumbing needs!
