Brandon with Aztec is really great! We've had him come out 3-4 times over the past couple years, and he's always professional and does an excellent job. Highly recommend. The company's heater seemed somewhat overpriced based on market comps, but not so excessively that I would forgo the service.

Brook is an excellent employee of Aztec Plumbing. He’s very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I will be asking for him in the future.

Seth was a very hard working guy and helped on every question I had. He did a great job of taking the old water heater out, more difficult than getting the new one in, he said and it looked like it, filled the new one, added power and tested it for providing hot water and all was good. If I need another, I will call Aztec and ask for Seth.

Edgar was professional, knowledgeable, and very strong! He knew what to upgrade for code! He presented us with extra options but didn't use any strong arm tactics. Very personable!

Ramon was very professional gave very good explanation as to what he was doing as well as my options to replace the broken equipment. Very likable guy which gave me confidence to move forward with the replacement of my hot water tank and filters.

He was very nice and respectful even when I declined his assistance due to pricing. He offered to at least show me how to do the job myself and be more prepared for it. Now we’re able to have water again due to his help. He was great.

We have used Aztec now multiple times and have always been pleased with technicians knowledge, work and attitude. Always neat looking and thorough. Always check to see if we have any other concerns and explanations of what they did.

The water line from the meter to my house burst, of course, in the evening. David was there in a little over an hour. He was professional, helpful and funny! Detected and fixed the problem quickly. No extra fees for the late call. The price was fair and did not break the bank. I highly recommend Aztec Plumbing and use them for all my plumbing needs.

I had a faucet problem after hours and Aztec sent someone out in about an hours time. Michael, the technician did an amazing job! He explained everything that was happening and needed to be done and gave me several options. I will definitely recommend Aztec in the future!

Alfredo handled everything really well. I wasn’t actually there but my sister was staying at my house. She said everything was handled well and leak fixed. She couldn’t get a local plumber to even call back. Aztec was there the next morning. A++ . Thank you for taking care of this in my absence.
