From first phone call, to the front door this company didn't miss a mark! Excellent customer service when I called in the morning. Technician reported within 30 minutes of initial call. The receptionist was professional and kind all the way through. JAMES Y. Our plumber pro made me feel like an old friend was working in my home. Very professional, very nice, didn't feel like I was ever getting the " run around" I genuinely felt the genuine nature of an honest man, giving me an honest recommendation and no mark up mumbo. As a SAHM I didn't feel judged for kids toys being around here and there.. he explained he had kids too and it made me feel comfortable instead of judged. This is MY new and forever plumbing company. I called about replacing my water heater in our condo and they were out within 24 hrs. Sean was great (knowledgeable and friendly), no pressure sales tactics, he explained our options. We decided to go with the nerds! There price was 20% less than a comparable plumber. They now have our HVAC business also. Sean made the process as easy as possible and left the area clean. They our our “go to” plumber.

Insurance said we had to replace the cutoff valves on our toilets, so I called and Gavin came the same day to look over what we wanted done. We decided to replace the cutoffs on all the sinks as well as the toilets and replace a couple of faucets that give us a little trouble while we had someone out anyway. He gave three different options for the work and pointed out the kitchen sink drain was also very corroded (obvious to the eye when he pointed it out but we'd not thought to look at) and did not pressure us on the decision. His inspection was very thorough and when we selected the options we wanted done, he got right to work. He always covered his shoes on entering the house, cleaned the area around each job as he finished it, and took all debris out. It was like he was never there, other than the shiny new faucets, valves and connections. Tested everything until he was satisfied there were no issues, and most importantly no leaks. Sent us the pictures of the completed work as well as before pictures with the invoices. Was also very communicative through the whole process. We're very comfortable with the work and happy with the job.

On a holiday found water damage in my house. Was unsure the source. Was able to call and get someone out same day. Jim Cessna worked with me and gave me his expertise on helping found the problem. Great work extremely happy.

But I was dealing with a major bathroom problem and I am very happy he explained him self and also why he was told to be at my home and he also showed his personal ID for safety for myself and my family that I had in my home at the moment! I cannot say enough good things about Dakota. He was personable, kind, thorough and stayed until we fixed the problem. There was no easy fix, and he did it all the right way… he even had my kids crawling under his feet. Great guy, even better service specialist. I called Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds due to an outdoor faucet that was dripping water. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they were able to come out the very next morning.They had great communication letting you know who your technician would be and when they would arrive. My plumber was George. He was fantastic! He was very professional and informative, letting me know all the services they offer. I picked the best option for me and he went right to work. While working on one plumbing issue, another pipe had cracked. George went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right so there would not be any complications in the future. I will definitely be using George and Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds again!!

Carlos Dominguez is the tech who impressed me today like I've never been impressed in 65 years of my life. He patiently and thoroughly explained the new HVAC products, their benefits, the pros and cons then worked non-stop for 6 hours installing them and servicing 2 complete units. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, humble and kind, he even got on hands and knees cleaning and wiping the floor! The Plumbing, Cooling, & Electrical Nerds are without a doubt the BEST company in SW Florida! This young man gives me great hope for America's young people as well, he is truly a rarity in todays world.
