We recently had a series of electrical issues. Most of those issues were making sure our building was up to code. Luis Colon was the lead electrician on all of the work. From upgrading minor things like outdated plugs to replacing the outdoor wiring that was ruined by a storm, to enlarging our fuse box, Luis was 'hands on' all the way. Luis was knowledgeable and polite. He explained what was needed and clearly answered any questions we had. He worked until the job was finished and approved by the city inspectors before leaving at night. Luis is certainly a huge asset for the 'Nerds'.

The Nerdiest Nerd of the plumbing Nerd Herd, Cyle, was top-notch! His recommendations were appropriate, his work ethic was second to none & his professionalism was beyond compare! If the option were available, I’d rate our experience above & beyond 5 stars.

I called Avis plumbing for a clogged sink and, their plumber, David J did an excellent job! He identified the issue very quickly and fixed it in no time and the bill was very reasonable. I would definitely use David J. for any future plumbing needs and would recommend to any of my real estate clients. Thanks again David!

Joe Jasilewicz from Cape Coral Avis location came out to our place to check the instant heater and fix the master bathroom shower head and temperature handle. Was fast, efficient, and fixed to our satisfaction! Fun to talk to as well - car/racing enthusiast.

James came to unclog our shower on a Sunday morning. He was thorough, efficient, very easy to talk to, and just a positive human being. He even disinfected the shower before he left. Avis is lucky to have him.

I had a plumbing emergency and called Avis Plumbing at about 7:30 PM on a Friday night. They returned my call very quickly and Chris, an Avis plumber, arrived at my place in less than 30 minutes. He had all the equipment needed and performed the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. I was very impressed with the quality of Chris's work and how quickly he was able to arrive and to finish the job. The price was also very reasonable, especially for a late call. So I can definitely recommend Avis Plumbing.

Avis Plumbing promptly addressed a water leak from the main feed to my house while I was away. James and Mike were there with the proper equipment to find and resolve the problem. They returned several days later to care for the digging clean up that remained. Great work, great company, great work ethic......

I have to tell you, the team at Avis Plumbing is amazing! Always trying to make their schedules work to accommodate priorities. Whether the job is big or small, they are always there, on time, and do the job right. Tony, Darwin, Trevor, Jeffrey, Mike, even Carole in the office, just a joy to deal with during stressful situations, but they make it easy. I am so glad I called Avis instead of others. I had a leak from the attic that went down the wall and water came out of the wall cabinets. My husband was in the hospital and I just didn’t know what to do. Luckily my hubby was able to give me their number from his hospital bed. Joe came out first thing Monday morning. He helped to dismantle the cabinets and located the leak. Then he fixed and leak, reminded me to call insurance company. He is very professional and thorough. And he charged me honest amount of fee. I am just glad that this company exist in our city and nice people like Joe works in this town. Thank you Avis!

David J just finished fixing a major leak in my condo at The Greens of Fountain Lakes, and he did an amazing job, he was very thorough in finding where the leak was coming from. He checked 3 other units connected to ours because we have had 2 other units with leaks that caused water damage to my unit. And it was actually my bathroom tub causing the water to my unit. He was able to detect it and properly fix it!! He was a ray of sunshine explaining everything he had to do. He definitely is an asset to your company!!

We had an awful burning smell coming from one of units in our mechanical room when running the heat this past week. Mike came out, assessed the damage, and let us know we were extremely lucky because the fuse inside the unit was burnt to a crisp! We could have had a fire. Mike was very thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and dependable. I trust Avis to handle all our future HVAC needs.

Avis came to our community to fix a broken valve. Unfortunately, they had to shut the entire water system off to do the repair. Fortunately, these guys (Joe. Mike and Noah) were true pros. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked at a really good pace. Instead of having the water off from 9 to 6 like originally projected they only had it off from about 10:40 to 3 PM. Needless to say, everyone was very pleased. This is the second large job Avis has done here. The last job was done very well too.

Phenomenal, from start to finish with the instillation of our new Rudd system. Kevin, Hayden and Dave were courteous, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Equally, I was impressed with the integrity of the owner. #Aviscustomerforlife!!!

Second-time client of this firm and recommend it highly because David J is so knowledgeable, does such a careful job, and does not at all mind being peppered with questions to prevent future problems! This turned out to be a major clog fixable only through outdoor access to the cleanout--I had spent a solid hour trying various plungers indoors to no avail. David J traced the issue, explained how it could have happened, fixed it and said how it could be prevented from happening again. Excellent all around.

Ok..I am so excited about this review I am about to make. The guys that came out to do our line set was 100% professional and a delight to work with. I called Avis to help us determine if the issue was in the homeowners lateral line or if it was in main line which would have been an association problem. I called in on a Sunday and spoke with Trevor. He was upbeat, kind and happy to come and help me even on a Sunday.

When he arrived in about an hour which was amazing, he worked at a good pace to fix the issue quicker than I thought, at a price I was happy to pay and he was nice to my 3 dogs too! I

have used Avis since 2019 and cannot say enough good things about them.. their techs are not on commission so you get the real deal fix with them!

I have been using Avis Plumbing for many years for my clients and personally. I wanted to give a BIG KUDOS to Dave! He is so Awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and gets you scheduled ASAP. He has been a lifesaver for me and my clients way too many times to mention and especially during this time helping with inspections and repairs after Hurricane Ian. Hopefully, you get to speak with Dave but if not, know he is working behind the scenes to make sure you are taken care of! Do not call another company, they are the BEST!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Avis Plumbing and particularly David J., the plumber who came to my home. I had multiple plumbing issues that have been mounting for years and he had his work cut out for him. He approached every one patiently and problem solved some doozies with expertise that was truly impressive. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand.
Also, everyone else I've dealt with has been great. Plumber Mike came the first time to survey the job and report back to the office for a proposal; he also explained things well and was very personable. Trevor, who created the proposal, helped me with questions, and walked me through options to replace my water heater.
All in all, this company is staffed by honest and dedicated folks. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
