My husband works second shift and at 1:30 last night during his shower, the water shut off. With our well only being 5 years old we were so nervous that the well dried up with the lack of rain this season. On a whim, through a Google search my husband found this company. They were the only company to pick up the phone at 7:45 on a Saturday. They were out about an hour or so later. Found it was only our pressure switch that needed replaced. They were helpful and super nice people to work with. Hoping I won’t need to call them for a while but god forbid we need any help with our well in the future, these are our new go-to people! It's funny how my 1 star review keeps disappearing. They came to my house charged me $2,400 for a new well pump. Then they cut 130 ft of pvc and left it in the field next to my house and the owner just wants to talk about how big his wife's breast are. Not a professional company at all. You would think a business would be responsible for their own trash. I would've let them use a trash can if they would've ask. Let's see how long this is up

Thank you Michael and George for your quick response to come out to our house on a Saturday and fix the problem left by the other company that also starts with Water... ***.
We were charged about $500.00 by this other company to replace the salt water tank switch, pressure tank and clean the sulfur tank. The system died Friday night after working for 1 day. The owner refused to send someone out to fix the problem until Monday. No way we were going to 2 days without water.

Michael came to the rescue and the problem was that the other company did NOT replace the electrical cord for the switch when they replaced the switch. Such a simple thing, you would think if you are replacing an electrical switch, you also replace the power cord.

Michael felt so bad he only charged us for the cord and no service fee. Thank you again, Michael and George, you really are an asset to this community.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have used this company for monthly well water system checks/salt and even a repairs and replacements. The day we moved into our rental, the whole reservoir tank cracked and flooded our backyard. They fixed the issue within the hour and we are so grateful.

Michael is awesome. Even being down with the flu (confirmed not Covid) he came over to take a look at my issues. No contact, sent text of what was wrong. How much to fix. Sent a real estimate as well. This was all on Friday.

Came by to do the work on Monday was here about an hour and a half. Replaced half my system and the work is top notch. Everything out there looks perfect and there is a huge difference in the water quality.

Ridiculously fast service. Came home to storm prep for hurricane Ian just two days before the storm to find no water and that the well pump would need to be pulled. Made the phone call and within 15 min they had arrived with smiles and confirmed that we would need to replace the pump. They began working and managed to complete the job within two hours of my phone call! This relieved a lot of stress from us and even managed to smile and laugh thru the process. I don’t often need service but when I do I will be calling them back!

About a month ago. We had a issue with our well system and spoke with a very pleasant woman. Needless to say they came out late and got us up and running in no time. What a great company. They were friendly and up front with the prices and reasonable. Definitely would use them again and I highly recommend.

We needed a service call bc our well water smelled like sulfur. Michael arrived the next day and resolved the problem as well as complete some maintenance /repairs.

They have been my go to for out door plumbing for over a year now. Between Ian blowing away parts of my water system all the way to my well drying up. WaterTech239 is the best! We had no water in the house. Called this company he came over in 20 minutes. Addressed the problem, needed a new well pump. Came back in an hour and made the repair. Reasonably priced and service is unbeatable. Highly recommend this company. A month later we had no water again called he was here in 5 minutes. Turned out just to be an ant problem near the tank. I was in need of a repair to outside well faucet that was leaking. Water was spraying out of a pipe and needed emergency service. I found Watertech 239 online and was serviced in no time. Michael and Alyssa awesome people who care, came out and inspected the job and had it fixed in less than an hour. It was in the evening, so it was dark out. Michael and Alyssa work as a team and I was really impressed. They went above and beyond checking out my equipment and I may use them for my RO service going forward. The price was more than fair.
