Mr. Gary was very informative and helpful. He showed professionalism and was very honest. He guided me to the right path even if that meant sending me to another company and he wasn't going to gain any profit out of the job. I have to say that even though I didn't need his service at the moment, I am truly considering to call him for any other plumbing needs we may have in the future at our house. We need more workers like this, honest...even if that means not making money. Thank you Mr. Gary, I took your advice and called the company that is going to solve my particular issue.

This was not the first time that I have used Ultra Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and once again, I was very pleased with the service provided. I had a water heater that rusted out. Gary removed the old water heater & made modifications so that the new water heater would fit. Any work you need done contact Ultra Plumbing & Drain Cleaning you will not regret it. They truly are friendly, professional, reasonable in their pricing and reasonable in working around your schedule. They are my go to company for any plumbing services.

Ultra Plumbing is the best! I had to have my home repiped so I first got 3 estimates. Gary beat the other bids. He explained everything to me beforehand so I knew what to expect. He and his helper did a great job. I'm so glad I picked them!

Gary was amazing! I called him because our water heater was going out on Saturday. He came out to replace it on Sunday. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend using this company!

I was going down the list of local plumbers on Google trying to see who could come out and take a look. I had called several but had only managed to contact one actual person and the fee to come out and look was $80. I was feeling frustrated trying to look up online to see if this was a real issue or not (the wall behind the toilet was thumping and vibrating!)

Then I got a call from Gary. He saw my number had called his business and returned the call. Gary was awesome. He went over the possible problems with me and what each scenario would look like. He gave his best estimate and then told me it was probably an easy fix if I could get to the toilet. Then he actually guided me through fixing the problem!

I was floored. Not only did Gary reach out to me, fix the problem, be he didn't charge me for the call. He assumed I didn't know anything about plumbing and talked me through the process very plainly (which was very, very helpful).

To someone like me, who really does not nothing about plumbing, this was amazing. I didn't need to pay $80 to have someone come out and open a valve. I think companies get caught up in the money aspect of things and forget we are real people, concerned about our real homes. Gary treated me with respect and kindness and that is so appreciated. He has definitely earned my future plumbing business!

We reached out to Gary at Ultra Plumbing on Memorial Day in need of help. Our septic backed up and we were unable to utilize any water in the house. Within minutes he returned our call. He listened to our issue and empathized with our current situation. He offered to be at our home within 45 minutes and gave us a quote over the phone. When he arrived, he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He immediately got to work and solved the problem and explained everything he was doing. His fee was very reasonable, especially for being an emergency call on a holiday. I highly recommend Gary for your plumbing and septic needs. He will be the only one I call in the future should the need arise.

Found Gary on Thumbtack in 2021 to help my Mom with plumbing issues at her house since my Dad passed. His company has repaired Mom’s shower fixtures, installed two toilets, two vanities, replaced two garbage disposals for me and Mom. Mom approves and loves that his workers are very clean after they do their work. He’s awesome, affordable, fair, professional, responsive, and shows up when he says he will. Thank you for taking care of Mom’s house.

I had a very small job of replacing a broken gate valve on my main water shut off for our house. Gary with Ultra Plumbing was very quick to respond and just simply requested a picture of the problem. He was then able to give me a very fair quote for the job and what he quoted was what i paid in the end. He is a very pleasant and professional. Gave me a heads up on when he would be arriving and got right to work. I even asked for him to give me a quote on a much bigger project for the future of replacing a water heater.

Gary, Justin, and Eddie did a great job repiping our house, replacing the water heater, and updating various fixtures. They were able to run new water lines to the kitchen island with as little impact to the tile floor as possible, allowing for the floor repair to be done with the few spare tiles we had left. They prioritized their work based on our needs and coordinated the post-plumbing repairs. They were reliable and kept us updated on their progress and plans. They’re nice, hardworking guys and we appreciate their work.

Contacted Gary through Angies List and he responded back fast. Made appointment for washer valve replacement and sent over a couple pictures so he could see what he was working with. Our laundry room is small and he had to pull out the heavy washer and climb over to get behind it. It was more work than I'm sure he expected but he was very professional, friendly and he cares about his work. He gave me a price when we chatted online and he stuck to it. I'm so glad I found him and I will definitely be calling again down the road for other projects. I would recommend to others looking for a plumber. Gary is outstanding and cares about his work and would definitely recommend.

Gary spent time with me looking for the best place in my house to put my new washer. He was professional and help me make the decision of location. Once I agreed to the price he was able to book the appointment the following week. Most places told me they were booking a month out. Both he and Justin were on time and completed the work needed to connect my new washer to the drain. I was pleased with their service and would use thrm.again. I will be recommending Ultra to my family and friends.

Gary & Justin were amazing - First of all, super nice guys. Second, very reasonably priced. Third, they fixed a problem for us that everyone else said couldn’t be done without tearing our wall down.
