This company is a great company! Very responsive to any emergency!
We had our roof done in just 2 1/2 days and they where very careful about cleaning all debris. VERY HAPPY!

I had my roof done by this group at the end of 2020 since then i have had a leak in the same spot. I called them numerous times to get someone to come out here because obviously its brand new and they sent some were here for less then 20 minutes and said it was fixed. And everytime i call they never come out to actually repair it. We live in Florida its constantly raining here. My roof is leaking and i have no idea what to do. Im going to have to hire someone else and pay them to fix your horrible job of roofing. Because my roof is taking on water damage now. This is my first home ever and the fact that i have to deal with this is disappointing

I had hail rain on my roof, I didn’t want it to change or repair my roof because I thought that affect it my insurance fee. My Rafael Alas, explain me all about it and he coming reconnect from a friend of mine, meanwhile I saw like the roof shingles were at the front of at her neighbors. I got a service of Firth’s class all on time, material of hight quality and my roof done in only one day, I really highly recommend them.

Mr. Gonzalez was very professional in resolving all the problems I had with my roofing and insurance. The job was outstanding! Him and foreman Henry did a quick and fantastic job installing it to my house. My family is very happy with the high quality job they have done. Thank you for your excellent work!

Not as good roofing company as expected. NOT honest, Not customer relationship, NOT a roofing professional as they claim to be, I will say they are the opposite. Do NOT recommend to anyone out there who need roofing repair or replaced.

This was the second time I used Heritage for a new roof and they were as good as the first time. Personnel were knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and helpful in all phases of this roofing.

Very professional company and crew. We needed a roof and interior work due to hurricane Irma. The work was done in a timely manner and am very happy with the results. The crews were punctual and friendly.

This company is a total scam. We fixed a roof from them but they decided to not do the whole roof of the house and leave the patio section not done. There excuse is it's not part of the house. Then I have a lady from there so called collections calling and threatening me with an attorney saying they gonna put a lien on house. Even thought they got paid from insurance. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

I am very happy with everyone who worked on my roof. The work was excellent. The workers were polite and respectful. Every one who I had contact with were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone

If Heritage put as much time into getting roofs replaced as they did asking for insurance checks & how much money I had I would not be giving the the 1 star rating. Every 1 star review about them I've read here is spot on how they operate.
Luckily I had knowledge of basic construction & was able to see thru that much of their BS. $9000 for a roof on a 953 sq ft house. I dont think so. You can roof twice the sq footage for that amount. They would've paid a subcontractor 3500-4000$ thats also buying the roofing materials & profited 5 grand or more. That's not professional that's a con artest.
Luckily I got my insurance money back peacefully before I had to get the Jackson County Sheriff's dept involved

Attention FRAUD ALERT!!!!! : Central Florida and surrounding areas this is a Fraud alert, be aware of Heritage Roofing & Construction company based out of Casselberry, FL. They were paid services rendered back in Oct 2017 and to date still have not completed the job. After many months of trying to contact them someone finally called us in Jan 2018 stating they were not aware of an open work order, although the insurance company had already paid them. Finally in March workers showed up to start the job, 9 months later is still not finished. When contacted regarding the unfinished job they advised us they were not aware that the job was not complete nor that our roof had failed inspections 4 times. They doctored their invoice and changed it from the original invoice, claiming on the city report that they charged us one amount then and raised the price tripple to get more money from the insurance company. They omit information from one document to the next and chalk it up as "management & professional fees" .They owe us money for an another unfinished job as a part of the original claim which the insurance company approved and paid them in full, and refuse to pay it back. The price went from $9K to $27K to replace a 1800 sq ft house. BE AWARE, STAY FAR AWAY! this is an effort to spare other consumers unecessary stress, and financial loss.

So far the work that has been done by their sub contractors is excellent; however, I would not recommend Heritage.

Massive reconstructions to their staff. They had local reps who were all let go and instead replaced with territory managers and the folks in the office have also all been moved around or let go.

Communication is poor and although I understand that things are still busy for the sub contractors here in florida, i'm still waiting for the remainder of the work to be completed on my home - it's going on almost 9 months now and the only constant communication I receive is from their billing and collections department wanting payment for the insurance deductible and sheets of ply wood that was replaced when the roof was completed which I was just simply told would not be covered by insurance - but after speaking with my insurance i was told that an invoice was never even sent to them.

There are other on going issues im still going back and forth with that I cant get into because this review will turn into a short novel

The only reason I even give them 2 stars is for the high quality work and their professionalism when you do speak to anyone over the phone.

Since i signed a contract i'm stuck with them so i take partial blame for not doing my research before committing to use their services.

If i could go back in time, I would have just done all the leg work personally to hire sub contractors .. Heritage is basically a glorified administrative assistant.

I wish i could have more positive things to say about them but i'm mentally drained and frustrated.

Great company to work with. Walked me through the claim process and helped pick a color for the new roof. Very easy to schedule with and they worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend for a friend.

As a licensed general contractor we appreciate good contractors and Heritage is one of them. We use them for all our business and personal roofs and they have always done a great job! The crews are timely, neat, fast and professional. Thanks for looking after our clients and our family as well as you guys do.

This company is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt . It has taken over a full month to get straight answers from them on why they never communicated with my insurance company to repair the roof . They’re rep even went as far to tell me that they would put a lien on my house if I cancelled the contract, but nothing was ever done other then signed a contract , nothing was ordered or even had a date set due to lack of communication once again with myself and the insurance company. Now that I’ve cancelled the contract they hit me with a fee and still have the worst communication on why did they fine me when the ball dropped on their end . I was accused of being liar when I told them about everything they said their employee is innocent until proven guilty , I then proceeded to tell them to have their employee pull out their cell phone and look at the messages on how many time we had ask for follow up and yet had no answers . I would never recommend this company to anyone and would just say stay away .

Very unprofessional service. We had roof damage due to the hurricane and had an estimate set up. On the day of the estimate we received a text from Jeremy stating that he couldn't come out that day because he was sick. He nor the company called to reschedule. A month later I called the company back and received a call back from Jeremy stating that they weren't repairing roofs right now and when I told him about his previous appointment he missed all he had to say was "yeah I'm sorry about that" and continued to state there was nothing they could do for us. I'm highly disappointed that this company would have such horrible customer service.

I was hesitant at first as I’ve heard horror stories with replacing a roof. Boy was I wrong !! This company was absolutely amazing! Jane made sure from start to finish I was fully informed and she even came back after all was done to do a final walk through combing my property to get rid of any nails or trash left behind. I can’t recommend this company enough and if you’re in need of a new roof I fully recommend calling them and asking for Jane. She’s a rockstar.
