My sons are subcontractors for this company and have been waiting to get paid since Dec. homeowners beware of this company because you might find a mechanics lien on your property for the workers not being paid

Can't really give review on service as they never showed up for the estimate. Called for a quote, was to come by between 10-12. Never showed & never called. Didn't answer phone when I called to find out why the no show. Guess they're not hurting for business.

I want to thank Noah for the great work he did at replacing our pool pump. He is very informative and very helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Terrible contractors...they should stick to just cleaning pools. I've waited 5 months for warranty repair for my deck and all they did was pour a little floating concrete in a small area. Once they have your money you are SOL

The owner mike is a piece of work. Stay away from this company. My mother's home is getting a lien because he doesn't pay is 3rd party contractors.

Michael from this company would show up for 5 minutes and leave the pool dirty and green. He would ignore all our calls and texts. Do not use this company.

Excellent service. The owner is very friendly and the staff are professional. I had a previous pool service provider that was not as good and would leave bugs in the pool, etc. This company really takes care of you and, most importantly, your pool :)

We have been using Aqua Blue Pools since purchasing our home in 2012. They are prompt to answer service calls and very helpful in answering any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pool service.

Was going to post a good review until they asked cash from me. Based on that not trustworthy. Have another company that won’t charge me in cash. A new company says they will do the repair. My family thinks that it’s a way to not get a receipt.

Noah came out and got our entire system set up in one day. He stayed after he was finished for an hour to explain and show us how the pool system works. Noah is great keep up the good work!

Run as fast as you can away from this company! Spoke with the owner over a month ago to resolve service issues and two major pool components being broken within a few weeks of each other. Promised to look into it and get back to me right away. I have not been able to get in touch with him after countless attempts and he will not respond to any of my messages. They also have a history of not responding to BBB complaints.

Noah was courteous and very thorough in checking my problem with the pool. He also gave me some suggestions to prevent the issue in the future. I am replacing the filter tank in the future and will definitely request his services, job well done!

What should have been a real quick light bulb change, turned into some electrical troubleshooting due to an old outlet. Thankfully Noah didn’t just throw in the towel, he took care of business and did exactly what we called him to do... Fix our light problem!!! I would highly recommend Noah /Aqua-Blue Pools! Great experience 👍.. They did everything they said they would. They came out and replaced our heater, and pool lights. The person they sent was great with customer service and stayed until it was done. The next day he wrapped it up and had everything working perfectly. It's hard to find good help, so I hope they keep this one. We highly recommend this company and their services 👌 👏

We use them for our pool maintenance. They do a good job and are easy to work with. If there's any disagreement they are polite and accommodating rather than defensive and rude.... and that is greatly appreciated and rare these days.

If I could rate them a 0 I would have because its what they deserve. HORRIBLE customer service and very irresponsable! I do not recommend this company. They were supposed to resurface our pool and provide maintenance to our pool for 4 weeks. They resurfaced the pool after about 20 calls and daily frustrations in an attempt to contact them and request for them to work and finish the pool. After they resurfaced the pool, we noticed the pool light doesn't work and they don't want to fix it. They also haven't provided the 4 week maintenance to the pool, which was in the contract he had us sign. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I have been trying to contact them for the past 3 weeks so he can finish the work and he doesn't respond.

I would just say that you get what you pay for with the price of their services. Office staff are pretty good with customer service and communication.. Owner carries an attitude and rude towards customers if you question anything about the quality of his work and service.

Last year (2016) we replaced all components of our pool and spa equipment. Aqua Blue sent their technician, Noah, to complete the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system. This was a complicated install that included a new pump, filter, propane heater, led lighting, conversion to salt water, and Hayward Omnilogic automation. Noah did an excellent job with the install. One year later, we had an issue with the flow switch and Aqua Blue sent Noah several times to diagnose and fix the issue. As this was an intermittent and unusual issue, the multiple trips were definitely understandable. And, after Aqua Blue replaced and relocated the switch, everything was back to normal. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was very friendly and helpful and I would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking to do a simple or complicated repair/installation. Thanks to Darryl, Michaela, Lisa, Noah, and Aqua Blue for the excellent service!
