I inquired about their services because I need the additional help around the house at this moment. They came and nothing got done, the shower wasn't cleaned, the floors were as we left them and the carpet was not vacuumed. I was invoiced for "deep cleaning" (please refer to the attached pictures if you'd like to see what a deep cleaning looks like), and was offered a $90 discount that I could use in a future booking. After asking what I was being billed for since nothing was done at home, they kindly allowed me to use the discount towards the deep cleaning. Unbelievable! Do not waste your time or money, you will regret it.

I have used a few cleaning companies but this is by far the best. I trust everyone that comes into my home and I always know that it will be extremely clean by the time I get home from work. The ladies in the office are very professional and always super friendly! I wont use a different service!

I have been a customer for almost 14 years and they are reliable, prompt, reasonable and do a thorough clean. They have many teams so if one doesn't suit you ,for any reason, they will assign another team. I am well pleased with their work and their customer service.

If I could give this service less than one star, I would do so. They did not adequately clean my house. There was dust along the edges of my carpet, dust on surfaces, mildew in my bathroom. The second cleaning was an inadequate rush job. The maids arrived late and then rushed through the cleaning. Although most of the maids were courteous, one was rude, lazy, and dishonest. Her attitude and behavior were fine, per the office personnel. I guess she never heard that it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the barrel.

I have been using Royal Maid for over 10 years. They are always accommodating. The same team has been cleaning my home for many years and do a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

I've been a client for 2 years with a 3100 sq. ft. home. I get serviced 2x/mo. and love that they use simple ingredients like vinegar & water, but are willing to use a special product if you prefer to supply something (LOVE my Fabuloso!)
They call the day prior with your expected time of arrival and if you prefer a certain "TEAM", you can lock-them-in. Flexibility with scheduling has been a plus since I often travel. My only critique would be the age of their vacuums. I have them use mine since theirs look antique and I'd rather not have other homes' dust particles in my house. The crews have always been personable and responsive to my needs. The details of dusting my baseboards and ceiling fans/light fixtures are appreciated too. I'm happy. Good value for a good service. I have been a customer of Royal Maids for over 13 months and i could not be more pleased with the professionalism and their work. I have the same team that knows my house and they do an outstanding job. They are always on time and never late. I am very pleased.

Robin and Doreen were great! They went above and beyond what was needed. I am so happy with my cleaning today. They are true Lifesavers LOL. I would recommend giving them a shot! I've personally been using Royal maids for the last 5 years. They are very detailed and take extreme pride in their work. Normally, I have Camile and another one of her colleagues as my normal team and they do an extraordinary job every time. I recommend them to all of my friends and family that need cleaning services. Nothing but 5 stars from me :)!

My first experience was not great but Samantha sent a different team the second time (and discounted my service) and I was very happy with the job they did. I always believe in giving a second chance. Tina and Maria were professional and efficient. I will continue to use them. I also like the flexibility in scheduling. Very accommodating.

I tried Royal Maid Service beginning a few months ago at the suggestion of two others that were pleased with them. I was reluctant to try a "cleaning service." I must say, I've been pleasantly surprised. The first team they sent was not up to par so I asked for another. They are great. They listen to my requests and are in tune with my needs and expectations. With Royal Maid service it is also nice to know that I will have my house cleaned on schedule without worrying about issues such as illness or sick kids, vacations, transportation problems, etc. (problems I've had in the past with individual cleaners). First time i had Royal Maid. Very friendly.
I am very picky as i have had many cleaning services. Some just use water, some use up all my disinfected wipes for everything! One even changed her original quoted price mid cleaning just because i said the price was good.
Royal Maid did above and beyond. My husband said he wouldnt expect them to do windows. They did!!! Thank you. I will use them again next time. The price is reasonable for 2 1/2 hrs

I've used RMS 3+ years and am happy with their reliable service. Its nice seeing the same cleaners month after month. Rina is especially consistent and friendly. I have had scheduling changes on my part due to travel and they've worked with me every time. I also appreciate the call the day before that confirms my appointment time.
