I don’t remember if I ever left a review for a company - satisfactory or negative, but I am just so impressed with the dedication, hard work ethic, and attention to details that Chelsea & Carmel with Royal Maid Service give with their service, that I think it would be unjust not to compliment their work. As a small business owner myself, I take pride in team members that go above and beyond for their customers. I’m sure that Royal Maid Service is grateful and honored to have Chelsea & Carmel on their team.

Excellent cleaning done by two hardworking sweet ladies!!! My parents and I were very pleased with the job that they did today!!! It was our first time using Royal Maid and we were highly satisfied with the job. Definitely recommend using them!!!

I have been with Royal Maid since 2004 and they have done STELLAR WORK on my 4 bedroom, 3 bath home for the last 14 years. Their prices are reasonable, schedules are flexible and if from time to time there are "misses" they will come back and correct immediately. From Customer Service to, Dependable Schedules, to Integrity of Employees, to Quality of Work, you can't get a better bang for your buck.

We have been using Royal Maid Service for over 6 years now. We have found two teams that do an amazing job and always leave our house very clean. They also follow the guidelines we set through the years without having to remind them every time (even though we typically do 1-2 months apart). Thanks for many years of stress relief!

I have employed Royal Maids for the past 3+ years to clean for my elderly mother. The staff is always on time, diligent, and professional. They also clean for one of her neighbors who is also very happy with their service. Having a regular team is a great benefit.

Royal Maid Service did a decent job with a move out cleaning. Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and if I need another cleaning, I will be sure to contact her directly. She was very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable, and gave me a great discount on service due to me not being able to reach her. A+ for Susan.

The cleaning, on the other hand, wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t call it good either. I was there while the 2 maids cleaned, and I had to give them some reminders and ask them to do a couple do-overs on some spots. Most of the work was well-done and I freely admit they did a lot in a short period of time, all the while being very friendly and cheery. I’m pretty hard to please and expected an A+ job and got a solid B. I’d probably use the service again and just temper my expectations some.

All in all, I appreciated the service Royal Maid delivered. I’d recommend them, not as a top cleaning agency, but a very solid one.

I have been using the cleaning service of Royal Maids for several years. Currently we have a cleaning duo of Michelle and Joan. They do an amazing job and are kind and caring as an added bonus. . With a long haired dog who sheds copiously their service is very much needed. They do a great overall job and are very friendly. They will do most any “ special request” you ask of them. The best part is that they will clean our home while our dog is there. The office staff is friendly and very flexible if days/times need to be adjusted for whatever reason. Highly recommend this cleaning service!

I highly recommend this company. Their customer service and communication were excellent when I couldn't keep the original appointment time. The maids did a tremendous job with attention to detail throughout the entire house. It literally feels like a new home. You can tell they take pride in leaving a really clean home for the homeowner. I have been using Royal Maid Service since 2014 and I love my Team 11! I work 7 days a week/2 jobs and having this service is worth it! These ladies do a great job. Since they come once a month, they know what parts of my house need cleaning and they get at it. When my mom came for a visit last month, they were able to come the day of her arrival to clean the house of my cats' hair some my mom didn't sneeze. Thanks Miriam & Wilma!

Very happy with this cleaning service! I have had Royal Maids clean my home for over 2 years now. They are always dependable , friendly, and most of all they do a great job! My glass shower doors have never looked this good. I strongly recommend them.

Hiring Royal Maid Service Oviedo is one of the best decisions we've made. At first, we were hesitant to hire a local maid service, especially since we've had one individual over the past several years clean our home. When that individual moved away, we did our best to find another individual but were unsuccessful. Finally, we reached out to Royal Maid Service and set up an appointment with the owner. (Royal Maid Service also has one or two other homes in our community that they clean, and one of our neighbors gave us a glowing recommendation regarding their work and reliability; she's used their service for several years.) Anyway, the owner came to our home, listened to what we wanted cleaned on a bimonthly basis, and gave us a competitive quote. We took the plunge and tried them out. We've had two teams work in our home (usually the team consists of two individuals, but sometimes three). The ladies that clean are friendly, personable, honest, and do a great job. When we need something special cleaned or noticed something was overlooked the last time around, we simply mention it to them and it's taken care of immediately. We've been customers of Royal Maid Service Oviedo now for four or five months and plan to stay with them. If you're looking for experienced help to keep your home clean and in order, try them out.

I have tried other cleaning companies in the area and Royal Maid Service has by far been the absolute best. The quality of work is just outstanding and they truly do what it takes to make sure you are happy. The office staff is incredible very professional and prompt. I have been using Royal Maid Service for ten plus years! As a teacher, coming home on a Friday and walking into a clean, great smelling home was just what I needed! They have always been extremely professional and thorough and so prompt! I retired from teaching and took a break from them! Now I’m working again and love having them come. Whenever I call, they send two very good ladies and I am never disappointed! They do a great job in all areas of my home; bathrooms scrubbed and mopped, kitchen cleaned including appliances, floors mopped, hardwood floors dusted, furniture dusted, blinds and ceiling fans dusted! I've been using Royal Maid Service and the staff on the phone has always been professional and easy to work with. They offer a few different ways to pay which is nice and you can get on a recurring schedule. There were a few times when cleaners broke an item (complete accident, it happens) and staff was quick to replace the item.

I'd give 5 stars except that we tend to get new cleaners quite frequently, so a chunk of the cleaning time is spent giving a home tour and orienting the new cleaners.

Overall we are happy with the service!
