Poor Service. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because the technician was friendly. After they came out 3 times the dryer is still broken. I do not recommend .

Not sure this is a legitimate business. After a repair that did not fix refrigerator and a bill of $300, was told charge will be 100. When questioned response was, my english not good! Tried to call the company office but they do not return phone call and email address is invalid. The address on listing is a vacant building.

Called for dishwasher issue asked price was told $89 service call, if you get it fixed the service call deducted from price. Was quoted $ 250 to put the o ring back in. Would not take off the service fee. Took 5 minutes. Do not recommend

we all thought it was maybe a control board, but it turned out to be the terminal block. He came in was diligent and took extra time to find the root cause. Turned out it wasn’t our microwave that wasn’t turning on, but rather that terminal block that came off of our oven. After not having a microwave/oven for three weeks, we were extremely grateful to not have to wait for parts from Bosch.

Had a great experience! He fixed my freezer and was reliable, punctual, and honest throughout the entire process. Pricing was very reasonable too. I would definitely use his services again.
