Very quick response, friendly and great service.

My LG refrigerator stopped working. Called SAR for help. Sent a tech the next day and had a new compressor installed in a few days. Had to be a long day for the repairman - didn't finish until 8 PM but stuck with it. Lots of respect for the hard work ethic.

I called to inquire about having an appliance repaired by this company. I spoke with the receptionist for less than 5 minutes. She advised me that I was not within SAR's service area. That was the extent of the communication. Since then I have received 6 texts and 2 invoices invoices claiming that my work had been completed and that I owed them money. The texts talk about an appointment that had been completed and how they would like me to give a review on their work. This is ridiculous! I'm not sure what is messed up with their computers but I have asked them to please stop communicating with me.

Had additional questions concerns regarding my dishwashers performance. The technician reviewed all with me to my satisfaction. Staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service is absolutely the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. This company will exceed one's expectations.

After several other companies could not service our refrigerator, we were fortunate enough to run across SAR Appliance Repair. They correctly diagnosed a failed compressor and were able to obtain a replacement in a matter of days, no easy feat with the current supply-chain crisis. The tech did a thorough installation and followed up with a call the next day to make sure things were working well.

As it turned out, the temperatures were not low enough and a prompt follow-on dispatch fixed the problem with a check for leaks, there were none thankfully, and additional refrigerant. Apparently, it takes a while for a new compressor to stabilize and provide proper refrigerant pressure readings.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the delightfully friendly, attentive, professional and competent service. Don't look elsewhere--these are real pros!!!

I tried to schedule an appointment and can’t get anybody on the phone. I called in yesterday after business hours to which I was directed to book online. So I booked online for 12 to 4 for a visit today October 23, 2024. Haven’t received any updates on when my appointment is supposed to be and every time I call in It tells me I’m first in line. But then nobody answers the phone and it sends me to a voicemail that tells me to book online again. I’ve called the company and they answered the phone on the first call.

I am so pleased with the service and support these people give. Stas explained my options, made recommendations, answered my questions and helped me understand what the problem was with my dishwasher. He did the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself. What more can you ask for? Thanks!

Called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. No confirmation text or email until Wednesday to double-check details, which came while I was working. Upon checking the link in the text I noticed a typo in the street address and left a message notifying them. No service tech ever came, no return call from the office, no attempt to reschedule. Guess we saved $75 bucks, too bad our ice maker is still broken!

If I could leave no stars I would these people made appointment between 12-2pm and one text saying tech running late. We'll at 7:30pm tech called and advised he was 15 minutes away. I responded NO THANKS! I will call some else. This company sucks! No calls, no apologies, just straight BS

Max the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He found and fixed the problem of clogged water filters on the washer. He Showed me and proceeded to clean and check the functions of the washer. Very thorough.

My $75 has been refunded to my account, this issue is settled

At the initial appointment I was told I needed a new refrigerator fan, material $180, total $406.00. I agreed to it and was told I had to pay the $75 fee that would be applied to my total.
I looked up fan parts and could not find one for over $68. , so requested they confirm the price. They said they'd email it, but never did.

Feeling stuck I kept the scheduled appt with a time between 3:30-7:30 to replace the part. They were a no show, with no text or phone call.

I've requested a refund and have been ignored.

Excellent, they got me in the next day, their reviews higher then most and others wanted to put me out weeks and then charge more etc. Max was very kind!

Max from SAR Appliance came today and repaired the burner on my vintage (1987) GE stove. He kept me updated on his arrival time He offered me a couple options for my problem. I chose the quicker repair and he did it masterfully and cheerfully. I highly recommend and will definitely use them, in the future for any appliance repair problems.
Update -First part he brought did not work.. figured out what was needed and reordered. Today he installed the new part and I’m a happy camper. Thanks Max for your perseverance in finding the problem!!

Great company for appliance repair…..Mar K was able to repair my Maytag dishwasher. He had to order a new part which was installed within 3 working days from his first apt. Wonderful, professional, courteous…..I now have their company number on speed dial for future appliance issues. Also love their creative humorous messages!!
