Had to replace refrigerator/freezer door gaskets. Famous Tate referred us to Appliance Specialty. So glad we used them. Branden took care of our need. He was very knowledgeable with questions we had and was very pleasant to talk to. Job well done and the price very reasonable.

We have used Appliance Specialty Inc. twice now for washer and now dryer repairs, and both times the experience has been top notch. The receptionist was both knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us prompt updates when our technician was delayed.

Our technician, David, is personable, knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond our service request. A question / minor issue about our washer was resolved, and we received several good tips on maintaining things ourselves.

Overall I highly recommend Appliance Specialty for your appliance repair needs.

Having used Appliance Specalty in the past we called about out Samsung washing machine. During our call they suggested we unplug the machine wait 5 minutes and plug it in again. As a ‘reboot’.
We did that and the machine is working fine. When we told them it was working, they were happier than us with the results. We recommend this company to anyone as they care about their customers and don’t reach for a fast buck.

Billion dollar corporations get it wrong a lot and people keep buying their products or services. Seems like people are less forgiving to local companies and small businesses and I’m not sure why. What I do know is that this company made it right. That’s the difference. Thank you.

I was very impressed with R and A Care. They were very responsive, professional, friendly, on time, and fixed my appliance to my complete satisfaction.

Came for a repair broke a part didn’t tell us says the part ordered was the wrong fit and will order a new one. Never heard from again. Tried calling extremely RUDE and disconnected the call stated getting another call I would give it 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst GE needs to remove this Really Awful from their warranty contractors

I had this company come out and fix my washer under a warranty. They did a great job but a small piece in the washer got broken by accident and a couple days later there was a new part to replace the broken one ! Great company and great customer service ! Will recommend!
