Arrived late to appointment. 2nd attempt to fix washer under warranty. Not knowledgeable on Speed Queen appliances. Was told by Art that I would’ve, could’ve and should’ve told the technician Rodney to wait to see if machine worked or have him call the technician at Speed Queen to assist in fixing washer. The technician left before machine was able to go through cycle. Told me he was going to wait in his truck.

Rodney gave exceptional customer service, he fixed my washer fast and friendly
I highly recommend his service.

I actually used Rodney when he worked for another company and he was an excellent repairman even then. Now he has his own company, R&A, and I am thrilled to be able to call him to do my repairs once again. Rodney and his son are the best of the best!

I have not had this Great of service from a company in a long time!! RJ was my technician that fixed my dryer. He went above and beyond!! I wish I could give more then 5 Stars!!

I'm only giving them a 4 because of their scheduling. RJ, the service tech is excellent and very pleasant to work with.

Their office scheduling is terrible. I was told that the technician plans his day by zip code. I specifically asked for morning, and when the technician called the morning of my appointment, my appointment was scheduled in the afternoon. This happened twice in one month. Evidently the dispatcher that is scheduling appointments doesn't bother to write down what time the customers preference is because I was told "she is new."

I would give zero stars if it would let me. My microwave stopped working. It scrolled a message that the keypad was shorted. They came out, punched some buttons and reset the microwave. I told them that did not fix the short. What they did was temporary at best. They did not care. Guess what...they came out Monday and today is Wednesday morning and it is NOT WORKING. Same message, keypad shorted. They came out Monday representing GE, because the microwave is still under manufacture warranty. So they would only come out again if I call GE and they get another ticket....more money. They should come out and fix the problem because it is the SAME problem, if they were an honest company that stood behind their work.
I will never use them.

Horrible service! Had to wait over 3 weeks for a part for my 2 1/2 month old washer. They came and installed the new part and it still doesn’t work. It does not drain or spin. The tech came out again on Monday started it and it started spinning and he turned it off. Didn’t let it run long enough to make sure it was working properly. Said I needed another part but it should work in the mean time, just balance a light load. STILL not spinning and now the fabric softener didn’t dispense. He never checked that while he was here. I called again to get someone out and they won’t come out until the new part is in. I called GE and they said R & A refuses to come back out. They are a small company and can’t come out for every little thing!! Every little thing??? I need a washer that spins and drains!! Called the owner and he is in a meeting. He returned my call but can’t/won’t help!! Horrible way to do business!! You would think being a small company you would want to keep customers happy!

Scheduled my appt.after my washer failed . They came the next day which was a blessing as we were going to be on a short trip . They communicated via text to let me know I would get a call in the am between 730 and 830 to give me a time of arrival which they did . I was at work when they came and my wife told me RJ was communicative, took his time , gave her all the info she needed to keep the prob from repeating . He was also very polite and friendly . I would highly recommend this company .

Great service, and a great service rep "RJ"was very friendly and polite. He took the time to actually look at our Speed Queen washer and notice the Lid lock error was because of a disconnected wire and had me up and running in less then 15mins. Had a diff service agent out earlier in the week and all they did was take pic of the error code to order the part and said they would be back in 3-4 weeks to install it. I will call R&A Care first from now on for services on all my appliances. Thank you

RJ has been out to our home a couple times for service now on a new machine. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable -wouldn't hesitate to call again if the new machine gives us anymore trouble.
