What a wonderful experience with Appliance Specialty! Brandon was on time for appointments, quickly diagnosed the problem & even discovered that my machine was still under warranty. The cost was even lower than expected. Highly recommend this great family-owned business!

Have used this family owned business, twice now and could not be happier. Today. Brandon came out, he was on time, professional and fixed our washer very quickly. He explained the problem and told us upfront what the cost to fix the problem. Without a doubt we will use this company again.

Outstanding customer service. Pleasant staff answering phone clearly and completely explained charges for service call, appointment setting and confirmation process, Technician was slightly delayed in arriving during appointment window but called to explain problem and estimated time of arrival. Arrived with necessary tools in hand, well presented...promptly diagnosed and repaired problem. Explained and showed what problem was. Would not hesitate o recommend or use again.

I had a fairly unique dishwasher repair problem at our second home at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor. Therese and Dave were knowledgeable, professional, knew the right questions to ask, answered my questions in an understandable manner, got the job done amazingly quickly given the age of the dishwasher and, as important to me, they were personable and just good human beings. This company was awesome. Branden came out quickly, showed up on time, was very pleasant and professional, and called to say when he would be arriving. He installed the faulty part for our ice maker the same day the part came in. I highly recommend using this company!

Our Bosch Microwave had an issue and I had not erroneously did not purchased the extended protection plan. I called Appliance Specialty due to their proximity to my home and its rating by customers. Today technician DAVID arrived at my residence to fix my microwave. He was extremely courteous towards my family and I. It only took him a few minutes to figure out what the issue was and present a solution. David had the parts to fix my microwave on his truck and completed the job quick. David saved my wife and I $1900 for a new microwave. If anyone reads this message, know that I do not write many reviews, but David is part of this family owned business which still provides Family Owned services. They will get all of my business needs from now on.

This place is what quick & professional customer service is all about ! I spoke with Teresa in the office on Thursday , and Darrell was at my home Friday to repair my washer . This is the 2nd time we have used this company for appliance repairs , and we have been extremely pleased both times ! They don't try to sell you parts or services that aren't needed , and I feel their prices are extremely reasonable . It was truly a pleasure doing business with them . They are the best !

These folks are the best! Our electric cook stove shorted out. I was concerned about a possible fire hazard. I called these guys at 8am and by 9am Darrell ( the owner) was here. He diagnosed the problem and had the needed part on his truck to fix it all in less than an hour. Darrell was polite and very knowledgeable and their prices are affordable and fair. I was very impressed with the family owned and operated business and they will be the company I call for all my future service needs.

Front loader washer is leaking; Appliance Specialty INC was called as I have used them in the past. Branden is an awesome tech, knows his stuff when it comes to washers. While he was here he could not locate the source of the leak, he told me to call backs if the washer was leaning again and he will be right out.

Called today, 11/22 and this rude woman answers the phone, however my tech Branden called me back and made it right; Branden is a true professional and works hard to ensure every customer is satisfied

My refrigerator wasn't cooling and I needed someone out quickly for a repair. David arrived on time a began diagnosing the problem. The parts were readily available on his truck and the necessary repairs were complete. He explained what the problems were and how they could be repaired and the cost. David was very professional and friendly. I will not hesitate to call Appliance Specilty for any repairs in the future.

My 1 month old dryer blew out during a lightening storm. Needless to say, I was not happy. I spoke with Theresa at Appliance Specialty and she was able to send a repairman the very next day. David was prompt, polite, an expert in his field, honest, clean and fast. He explained everything he did several times.....mostly because I am not all at electrically intelligent. I am so happy with this entire experience - except the lightening. I will definately use them again for all my appliance repairs, and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Brandon did an excellent job adding a second ice maker to my refrigerator. The phone service when calling to book a repair appointment call is very polite and helpful. They book an appointment for you and then call that day giving you an approximate arrival time framework. They are on time and give wonderful service. I highly recommend Appliance Specialty Inc.

What an excellent place!!!! Had problems with our freezer and fridge not cooling Spoke to Brandon that morning and he came out that afternoon. Took a few seconds to listen to fridge, immediately diagnosed the issue, told me what it would cost(VERY REASONABLE) and had the new part installed and back up and running within minutes. Showed me the old part and explained what had happened. Would highly recommend this business. These people care, are polite and efficient. They've got my business if I ever need an appliance fixed again!!!!!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Appliance Specialties Inc is a family owned company that I've been doing business with for several years and absolutely love. They treat their customer's like family and their attention to customer service is impeccable! Any time I've ever had a question Theresa has always answered my questions in great detail and never made me feel silly or act as if I'm bothering her. Brandon, her son, is an awesome repair technician, and he really knows his stuff. I will continue to use them as long as I live in the area, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance fixed, and fixed right the first time.

Great service! My refrigerator has been acting up for awhile and I was afraid it was time to replace it. Appliance Specialty Inc. Was recommended to me. Brendon came out, made some adjustments and its finally working. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Last night our expensive Kitchenaid refrigerator quit working. I called the selling dealer this morning, and they recommended Appliance Specialty to fix my out-of-warranty refrigerator. I called them around 9am and they promised a tech between 11 and 1pm. Branden showed around 11:15, diagnosed the problem and checked some common issues and had a fix before noon! He only charged the minimum, and we got lots of free advice from this knowledgeable, personable, clean-cut young man.

HUGE "Thank you!" to this excellent company. This was our first time using their services. From the very first phone contact through our service appointment today, we were very impressed with top notch professionalism, thorough knowledge and skills to do the job. We are impressed that this is a family owned and run business. We will be recommending "Appliance Specialty, Inc. to everyone.

What a wonderful family owned business. My washing machine broke and I called for help. Theresa was very helpful over the phone and sent her son David out to do the repair. They are working with the manufacturer for me - so no fuss - no worry. Just delightful people to deal with and very respectful of my home and space. I will certainly call them again if I'm in need.

Left a message late evening on their answering system, they returned my call within 20 minutes of opening the next morning. They promptly had someone out to repair my refrigerator within a couple hours. Brandon was very pleasant, and knowledgeable about determining and resolving the issue. I asked for several business cards so I can recommend them to my friends.
