The service was prompt and quickly completed and my dishwasher is running fine. I am a bit embarrassed that all it took was a simple drilling of a cover on my new garbage disposal for it to drain properly. But that is the price you pay when you don’t have the knowledge and someone else does. I would definitely use them again.

I called customer service few days ago and she told me she would have someone sent over in two days. Two days later, technician came and got right to work immediately. By giving him something to work with he was able to do what he needed. Friendly and professional.

The mechanic that made the repair, was knowledgeable and explained what the problem was with my machine. After installing 4 new spring rods he ran a cycle to make sure everything was working. I will use this Company again.

I did quite a bit of research before contacting Teodor. Our ice machine and dishwasher were both leaking. I was contacted immediately after they opened on a Saturday morning and given a quote for the service fees. Jony came to the house that day two hours earlier than expected to diagnose both problems. He ordered the necessary parts and once they came in, he was ready to install. Both the ice machine and the dishwasher are working beautifully. Jony took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Teodor for any appliance repair!
