Our LG refrigerator was making a lot of noise. I called and Jason was there within 2 hours. He found a minor part that was rattling and secured it, solving the problem! Glad it wasn't more serious. Very helpful and professional.

Jason was just at my home and was very friendly, courteous, prompt, did a great job taking my fridge apart to fix the icemaker and cleaned up after himself. Brian arrived on time and handled both of my GE appliance repairs. He replaced the ice maker auger in the freezer, which had broken and wouldn’t move the ice toward the dispenser. My dishwasher user interface board was defective, which required removing and disassembling the door to remove and replace the defective part. He handled both repairs professionally, tested everything, and reinstalled like nothing had ever happened. We were very pleased with his work and price, and would highly recommend Better Homes Appliance Repair.

We are so pleased with the work Brian did on our 2016 GE profile fridge. It was leaking on and off and making strange noises. When I called the office I spoke to a real person, not a phone tree. All the information was taken in detail and an appointment was offered the same day. I wanted an early appointment 2 days later and Brian arrived at the set time. He found the problem quickly, gave me a price and most appreciated had the part in his van. The repairs were done and Brian explained what was wrong and the part that needed to be replaced. He also cleaned the fridge and offered to help me refill the freezer. The repair was done in one visit for a fair price. I couldn't have asked for more.

Had refrigerator problems. Excessive fan noise and a leaky freezer. Got a referral from Hoffman Heating & Air to Better Homes Appliance Repair. Great referral. Brian came out and diagnosed the problems. Showed us why we had issues and quoted us a price to fix our problems. He had the parts on his truck and we approved the repair. Brian went to work and resolved our problems. I had put up with the problems for months and very happy and relieved that it was now fixed. We didn’t want a break down over the Christmas holidays. Fast service. Friendly informative Technician. Very clean and neat repair. Fair price. Definitely would recommend.

My Service Tech looked at the Timer Knob on my GE Hotpoint Dryer. He showed me a small crack and told me to order a new Knob, because they do not carry Knobs on their truck. The cost for the Service Call was $90.
REGARDING THE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW:
Your Service Tech refused to order the Dryer Timer Knob and said if he did he would have to charge me $150. The knob that he tried was a Metal Commercial Oven Knob which obviously was not going to work. The Dryer ran hot when he got it to run briefly. He did not need to test it. He would not troubleshoot the problem, instead said I needed the Dryer Vent cleaned. I told him that I had that service done 3-4 months ago.I questioned the $90 charge since he was on-site for a short period of time, did not inspect the Dryer, nor fix my problem. He insisted that I pay, saying it covered his gas expense. I ordered a Knob from Amazon as he instructed me to do but it did not work. I had to return it and order a GE Knob directly from GE, which did work. It took 12 days to get the right part and have the Dryer working again. I simply pulled the Dryer away from the wall and it no longer ran hot. When I initially called for service, I stated that my problem was either the Timer Knob or the Timer, itself, so your Service Tech didn't need to do anything but pull the knob off and note the hairline crack. You will find other Reviews stating similar experiences on YELP. I should add that the GE Knob cost $7.00 + S/H.
