On Monday, after waiting 8 to 5 the repairman couldn’t complete the repair and had to order a part. The part was delivered and he was supposed to be back today. After waiting 8 to 5 today, I received a message that my washing machine repair has been rescheduled. No explanation and cannot speak to a live person. Only recordings. Service SUCKS.i have to give up another day 8 to 5 and have no faith they will even be here.

The technician Jaime was excellent, very efficient, knowledgeable and neat.
However, very disappointed with the way Sears handles any technical problems with the service tech. He was here on time, the order wasn't correct. He wasted his time and mine trying to get all straightened out. Had to call numerous people because no one could help. Very annoyed at Sears for not having the details right in the first place and also wasting Jaime's time and mine.

The technician, Archie and his assistant, were very professional. They were dressed in uniforms, were polite and courteous. They knew what they were doing and quickly completed the repairs with creating any mess. The company, Sear Appliance Repair, did a great job of keeping us informed of our scheduled appointment and sent an appropriate number of reminder emails and texts. We give Sear and Archie 5 stars for a job well done and will use them again if we have other appliances that need service.

Contacted Sears Appliance Repair before noon for washing machine service. Received response with same day ETA between 1-5pm. Chris called for details and showed up approx 1:30. He immediately found and corrected the problem. He was professional and well educated. Very pleased with the prompt and successful results.

While searching google for an appliance repair company I found Azimuth Appliance Repair and Vladimir the Owner was Happy to Help, I had a washing machine problem and he came the very next day and on time. He diagnosed the problem on Saturday, gave me a fair price for the repair, said he would order the part on Monday and would be back on Tuesday to install it, all went as planned, except for one thing, while doing the repair he found another part that turned out to be the problem and had brought that part with him also, long story short, I didn’t need the transmission that was very expensive and only a stripped cam wheel at much less than half the cost of the original repair quote, Vladimir in Honest and has Integrity Such a Valued Quality in the service industry.
