Vlad is an excellent repair man, more than just on regular appliances. He recently fixed our oven, whirlpool tub and AC condenser, with efficiency and reasonable pricing. The oven has been working for over a month now with no issues. The other items were just repaired, but are working properly.
He is courteous, professional and efficient in all he does. I highly recommend him for any appliance or motor (small) repair.

Vlad did a great job diagnosing problems I was having with two different appliances. He explained what the problems were and how he was addressing them. He was even willing to come late in the day on a Sunday without an additional charge. He's very friendly too. I would hire him again without hesitation!

Vlad is reasonably priced and takes his time with the diagnosis. He found the control board on my LG refrigerator was low voltage. After weighing my options I decided not to try and fix it because it could been a symptom for something more. Of course the warranty ran out in May. Thanks Vlad.

Great customer experience!

Vlad was punctual, prepared, and extremely knowledgeable to repair my wall oven/ microwave unit. I had thought a power surge fried my control panel but Vlad diagnosed and repaired the unit in little time. He explained the repair and his charges were extremely reasonable.

My dishwasher (kitchenaid) threw two codes last night.

I called Vlad at 4:45pm on a Friday night (of course this is when the dishwasher failed). However he came on a Saturday (today) to fix it!

He was VERY polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. And after he was done, he volunteered to show me how to regularly maintain my dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer.

His work ethic is awesome and I will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.

We have a Whirlpool top loader washer that suddenly stopped draining properly. Jason did a very thorough inspection and diagnosis, here for at least an hour. Bottom line: repairs would exceed the cost of a new unit. This is what we needed to know and very pleased with his knowledge and recommendations. Definitely a 5-Star review and I would recommend them any time.

Great service. Jason did a great job explaining the issue I was experiencing with my refrigerator. Although we didn't go with the repair I appreciated the time he took to allow me to understand the issue completely.

Most repair companies are a nightmare, but my experience was excellent. Jason arrived, diagnosed the problem and immediately addressed it. He also gave me some information a few of my appliances that came with our house. He was effective, polite and punctual. I’m not sure what else you could ask for during a service call.

Will definitely call these folks again with any future problems.

I have used this company many times with great satisfaction, this appointment did not disappoint. They worked around my work schedule for both diagnostics and repair. Parts came in quickly and entire project was completed in less than 1 week. On diagnostic visit the repair person also looked at my kitchen vent fan. After getting the cost for the part he told me it was cheaper to replace the entire hood and his honesty was appreciated. If needed, they are my first call!

I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had with Brian and Better Home Appliances. He came out within 24hrs of calling, arrived on time, and was easy to talk to. We called for a microwave repair, which led to talking about issues with other appliances. Brian was very knowledgeable and provided additional troubleshooting suggestions on multiple kitchen appliances. We felt we were chatting with an old friend who was here to help, even taking the time to show us how to fix a few things. Brian spent over an hour with us and kept the bill to the original service call charge. It’s hard to find service like this! Easy to get appointment. They give a 3 hour window so you don't have to wait around all day. Tech arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer. I would hire this company again.
