I had an issue with my washing machine and Better Home was able to send Jason out within a few hours of my call. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the needed parts quickly at what i felt was an affordable rate. Overall great experience with my first time using this company.

Had the best experience today for a dryer repair. Julio was professional and had immense integrity and I would highly recommend this company!

My washer was horribly out of balance. Got an appointment the next day. Brian is prompt, friendly and very professional. He replaced the parts needed to stabilize the tub. Doing his thorough checkup he found a valve wasn't working for the cold water. I expected it to be a couple days before that could be ordered and repaired but he was back the next day and now I'm up and running 🙂🙂🙂🙂. Definitely an A+ rating and I would recommend him to anyone in need. Thank you so much Brian and Olga !!!!

Highly recommend services. Larry was exceptional and quick to do the repairs to my washer. This is the second time I’ve had them come help over the years! They never disappoint!

I called at 11:07am and requested someone come out to look at my fridge, which stopped cooling some time overnight. She took all of my info and gave me a window of between 2p-5p today. I called back at 4:38p and wanted to know if tech still coming. She said he was and he had texted me (LIE). She then checked his GPS and told me he'd be there in about 8 minutes. At 4:55p, still no tech and when I called back it went straight to voice mail. This company wasted half my day; the food in the fridge is by now definitely going into the trash; and now I have to find call another service company - but it's after 5p so most are closed for the day. STAY AWAY from this business!!!

UPDATE: The tech rings my doorbell at 5:15p. The first words out of his mouth were 'I'm here to look at your fridge.' No apology....just as if nothing's wrong. I told him to get lost. Then at 5:47p he sends me a text. Says he was running behind from another job, then apologies.

We had an appointment scheduled for this morning and the technician never showed up during the scheduled window.

When I called, I never received an apology, the lady just said she wasn’t able to get ahold of the driver. Then she seemed surprised I didn’t want to reschedule to a different time… why would I reschedule with a company who was unreliable the first time?

Came home from an extended vacation with a mountain of laundry and my Amana dryer stopped heating. Called Better Homes and they sent Jason out. The burnt out element was found and replaced. We were very pleased with Jason's work and the cost to repair was reasonable.

As a property manager, I am always looking for prompt, reliable, honest vendors. Better Homes Appliance Repair goes above and beyond, has great communication and is very honest and affordable. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Called late on Friday morning the week before Thanksgiving as Subzero was having issues. Brian came late that afternoon. Nothing serious and a quick fix thankfully. Brian was courteous and answered all my elderly parents' concerns. Highly recommend this company.

Better Homes has maintained my appliances for many years. Larry has always taken care of everything for us. He has always been a true professional. There is never any pressure and they are always honest and don't talk you into unnecessary repairs. They have helped me the same day, or next day. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars.

Technician Brian was super! He is a seasoned expert, he was personable and realistic in repairing my old washer. I believe he gave me good, honest advice. He conservatively predicted the timeframe for receipt of my parts shipment, they arrived earlier than promised. Olga, in the office, was very professional as well. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough about the service I received. Andrew showed up on a Saturday on time and had my dryer fixed in no time. But he would not leave until he ran several cycles to make sure it was working properly.I would recommend him for any appliance repair. I will use his services again.

Tony is incredible! He repaired my ( very expensive and my most valued appliance) stove last year. This year he repaired my fridge. I was concerned about not having a working fridge so, he spent a lot of time and effort to ensure it was running enough to cover our frozen food, ordered the parts, and was back bright and early the next morning to repair it. Thank you Jony!!!
