Service guy showed up too repair my washing machine I originally told him I could smell wires he got up under machine an told me I needed a part that tells motherboard what to do said it would cost 225.00 plus 180.00 for labor I agreed he came out a few days later with part that I looked up that cost 25 from Amazon an he ran it quickly through the cycles maybe 10 minutes at most an said it was fixed.He left I tried washing a load of towels an it wouldn't work I called right away an he showed up a couple days later an told me I would need a new water sensor an if that didn't work I would need a new motherboard board said I could install it myself.Do not use this company I feel like my problem was mis diagnosed an I was ripped off for over 400 dollars.I did right to costumer service an they have yet too reply been 5 days now.

Technician was very thorough and found my problem with my stove. I was unknowingly using the broiler drawer for storage of cookie sheets, and etc. which caused problems on high heat.

We called for a repair of a refrigerator in our outdoor kitchen, and had a tech here within hours. Jony was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. Great service and we’ll be calling them again when we need appliance repair.

Our refrigerator ice/water dispenser stopped working and we contacted Teodor LLC for a service call. Ivan came out as scheduled and surveyed the issue and recommended that we replaced an electronic board. He gave us a quote and we gave him a deposit for the part. While waiting for the part the dispenser began working again. Ivan came to replace it and after a short discussion we decided to go ahead and replace it. Once Ivan went to replace to part it turned out he was sent the wrong part and we decided to just use it as it was working. Teodor LLC returned the deposit minus the service call. I highly recommend this firm as they are honest, responsive and very professional.

Convenience 24/7 polite and efficient scheduling. Got same day service- no problem! Honesty - I thought my refrigerator was leaking. Jony aid the problem after thoroughly checking refrigerator. He explained that the water was coming through the outside box that holds ice maker tubing and dial. The people are GREAT!! Highly Recommend! !

The first thing that caught my attention were their 5-star ratings and all the great reviews. The second thing that stood out to me was that they’re open from 8am to 9pm, which is incredibly convenient (not sure if there’s appts after 4pm).

Their customer service over the phone was excellent, the lady who helped me was very detailed, polite, and patient. I actually think I called and didn’t get an answer at first, but about 10 minutes later they called me back, which was amazingly fast follow-up.

The technician, Jony, who came to help us with our washer, had great work ethics, a lot of knowledge, and was very kind and respectful. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly.

Really great experience from Appliance Specialty. They are now our go to place for issues with any of our appliances. Have used Appliance Specialty twice in the last month and will continue to use them. Both times they came to our condo, once for my dryer and once for my oven. Quickly diagnosed the problems after a couple minutes and then addressed it with minimal fuss. Highly recommended.

Terrific!! On time, knowledgeable and reasonably priced to review issues with our double wall oven.....which turned out to be a manufacturing issue. Understandable explanation and suggestions for how to avoid the issue in the future. They aee now our choice for appliance repair....we can see why Famous Tates has faith in them too.

Darrell was very nice. Fixed my washer but couldn't install gas stove as it had a hard gas line the needed a shutoff valve and he was not licensed to work on the gas line itself. I was very pleased with the washer and the charge was minimal for the time he spent on it.
