Our technician was Branden and he came when he said that he would. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got in, got the job done and got out. He cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless!
Incidentally, he installed a new icemaker. He had to do some extra legwork to get one, which we appreciate very much!
We would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Specialty or Branden to anyone needing appliance services.

We called for a service call to repair our clothes washer and ice maker. Branden was very prompt in diagnosing the problems that same day. Their prices were very fair. He needed to order a part, but installed it the day the part came in. He was very clean in his work and extremely professional.

Have never had such a positive appliance repair experience!!! Was referred by LG as an authorized service provider. Had great policy of applying estimate against repair. Estimate visit was next day. David was very thorough and honest! Diagnosed problem and suggested we have an additional warranty repair done as possible preventive measure for future problem. Day of service he got tied up with another call and I honestly expected a reschedule. But no, he showed up at 5:30 and stayed till repair was done (8pm). And preventive measure he suggested turned out to be good call. Once machine was taken apart it was discovered there was a crack in the drum of the machine and water was leaking and machine would have needed additional service within a year. This judgement call saved me hundreds!!! Will definitely use them in the future!!!!

We had never used a repair service since moving into our home a few years ago. Our refrigerator had stopped cooling unfortunately. I called early on a Monday morning and David came out that afternoon. He arrived within the designated time frame, he quickly discovered the problem, ordered the new part and returned later in the week to install it. I am so glad we called and if we need any other repairs in the future I will definitely use them again.

This company has incredible fast, professional and courteous service. I called this morning with an emergency and they did their best to fit me in to their tight schedule. A few hours later Brandon was at my condo and repaired my Whirlpool front-load washer right on the spot. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. Technician David came over to troubleshoot the fridge. He took the time to test everything and explain to me what's going on with it. Not only that, my dogs adored him. They are great judges of character. Seriously, even the people who answer the phone are terrific. That counts for a lot these days. Hire them and you won't be disappointed. They really seem to care.

David not only fixed my dryer but also noticed a problem with the washer that I wasn’t even aware of. Everything got fixed perfectly. He even educated me on things I didn’t know involving my dryer, which was very much appreciated!Extremely professional and would highly recommend!!

A heartfelt thank you to David for fitting us in for refrigerator repairs Friday after a computer issue was found on Monday's service call and a part had to be ordered. Contacted them to repair my frig that wasn't cooling. They were booked a few days out but said they would try to fit me in the same day. Received a call back an hour later and they had an opening same day. The tech Brendan arrived in 2 hours, had it diagnosed and resolved in about 15 minutes. We only paid for a diagnosis and all was good! He was very personable and very competent. Excellent company and service.

The excellent service started when I called and spoke with Teresa after I was led on and lied to from another service company regarding a repair.
Teresa listened and walked me off the ledge of anxiety. Within 2 days of my call for service David came to my home and evaluated the situation and stated my refrigerator can be fixed.
