Not very friendly

You would think they would know how to ring up a carpet remnant for the sale price listed on the carpet! Next time I'm not even going to waste my time by going over there, I will just go right to Lowe's.

I had my windows installed by them. The sales person makes it sound amazing! Once they transfer you to the service department they basically send any random subcontractor. The installation was a disaster. Failed scheduled many times. We have now failed 2 city inspections because of the amount of errors on the installation.

Today, my husband went their wearing a mask when it was time to pay this cashier women and she told my husband to but his stuff closer to where she was, and she got mad as if she doesn't want to grab other people things they got. Meanwhile this old women didn't have a mask if she wanted to protect herself from getting the virus why not wear a mask or gloves ? I just have to say for this place to have more respect to customers !

I recently had an issue with a pickup while driving for Spark and reached out to Customer Care for assistance. Unfortunately, the supervisor I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful in her communication. Instead of working toward a resolution, she escalated the situation and made the experience more frustrating. I hope THE HOME DEPOT takes steps to ensure their support team provides respectful and solution-oriented service to drivers.

Highly recommend Turner Inspection! Joe is very professional & fast to reply and schedule. Explained everything about inspection method, pointing out concerns in a helpful way I could understand. His photography & written report was excellent and submitted quickly. Also, I was happy to have such a polite, nice man in my home for the required inspection.

Joe performed a 4 point and wind mitigation inspection. He was very professional and very thorough. I really appreciated him explaining all he would be inspecting and he also provided very valuable feedback. His written report was exceptional and exactly what my insurance company was looking for. Joe was a VERY thorough inspector. He inspected every inch of the house we are buying - he also educated us on the process, the specifics, and made sure we understood everything well enough to be able to make educated opinions. He was able to come out short notice (less than 3 days), spent 4+ hours inspecting every inch of our home, provided inspection report same day, offered to be a resource if we have any future questions, and even updated our report after few fixes were completed so insurance would allow us to move forward. All of this for a fantastic and competitive price! 10/10 would recommend - I plan to buy a few more properties here in Clearwater and I can guarantee you I will only be working with Joe in the future! If you needed a sign to choose him as your inspector, let this be it. 🙌🏼

Had a 4 point for a house I was going to purchase done by Tuner home inspections. Joe was very thorough, gave a description and photo with every issue that he found. He checked every sqft of the house and roof. Would definitely use this company again for future inspections.
