I woke up one morning and the hot water tank was not working, called Joe at 7:05am, he came out and had the problem fixed in less then an hour, I have since used him again to install a 220 outlet in my garage, great service and very knowledgeable

Very expensive for an electrician without an assistant and because he has no assistant, he is very, very slow. These two things make him cost nearly twice what the job should have cost. Also, unwilling to do attic electrical work.

I called this place because I'm getting a kiosk in the mall and I don't know what the old owner did so I need someone to install the electricity so this guy came and said this is a "dog breakfast" and I ask him how much is gonna cost me and he said "I don't know I let you a voice mail so you can ask to maintains in the mall to see if they know something about this" I told him that they don't know and I ask him again If he has any clue of how much can this job cost and he said again I don't know but you already own me $130. So this guy just said I don't know and he was charging me when he didn't fix anything because he didn't have a clue so stay away from this guy.

Most unprofessional technician/electrician I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Insisted the customer, myself, assist and help in doing his job. Was very rude and did not feel comfortable with him in my home.

I gave Joe a brief description of what I would like done in my house. Basically, I needed him to physically come to my house to asses the situation. When I did not have specific answers for the many questions he insistantly continued to ask, he gave the statement "What does that have to do with what I need to do?" I don't know Joe, I was just trying my best to answer your questions and quite frankly I am not the electrical expert, you are which is why I thought you could be of service.
When I politely said I was going to pass on his services he replied "Me too." Highly rude and unprofessional! Were you worried that you would come here and not get a job? That wasn't the case. I guess I will be paying someone else. Even if the job in question was not feasible, there we still many other things that are and we did not even get to them. Thanks for your help!

I was really in a bind and had an electrical issue and I called up Joe and since he was not able to come out by the time I needed, he listened to my issue and walked me through troubleshooting it through resetting a gfi outlet that I never thought would have been on the same circuit! Next time I have an issue I will call him up first. :)

Joe came out and fixed the issue with pool pump operation immediately. He even followed up next day to be sure all was good. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgable honest electrician. Thank you Joe.

This individual has chosen to ignore the fact that we’re in a pandemic, and went shopping at Publix without a mask - while it is required in our county AND by the private business. He also crowded masked customers, which is also clearly against simple CDC guidelines. If he doesn’t care about people in a private business that HAS rules, I feel sure he will bring the virus into your home. You have to love these people who pretend Florida didn’t have more than 30,000 cases and 217 deaths reported yesterday. The selfishness is just amazing.

I’m by no means afraid, but we all have to do our part and this is a local business owner who does not want to do his own part.
