Electrical reviews in Clearwater, Florida

I would not recommend this business to anyone. A 9am appointment for a serious electrical issue , the first appointment of the day, made a week in advance, that could cause a house fire, was blown off without so much as a courtesy call. I had to text them at 9:30 to inquire about their ETA, to be told, " busy on another job. Find someone else."
The definition of unreliable.

We love Mel! He's our go to for all of our electrical needs. He's installed both indoor and outdoor fans, a new bathroom venting/light system, changed switches, installed various fixtures and a chandelier. Professional, friendly individual who does great work at a great price. Highly recommend him.

Always timely and is very thorough . Used him for multiple jobs, definitely recommend !

I bought an older house that needed to be rewired. He did it all and even added more outlets. Hung all my fans and programmed them. Even made sure to be around when appliances were delivered to make sure the electrical was right. Great prices! Nice man. Amazing work!

Mel is a great electrician with very fair pricing and quality work. He is also a really nice guy. I highly recommend him😊

Only company that showed up after two appointments from other companies. Quote was very reasonable and professional. I could tell this individual was knowledgeable and experienced. Called on some other places and they sent the most junior level commission based employee. Instead of just replacing a breaker and torques some lugs they wanted to sell me a new panel for only a low price of 4600 today only. But Mel came through and replaced the bad breaker those others places should be ashamed. I’ll use him again soon to fix my solar system breakers and boat lift

Reliable service.

Great service

Thanks to David, who did a quick replacement to one of my faulty outdoor GFI receptacles.

Services were great! Would highly recommend as they are prompt and friendly. It was easy to work with them and they are very knowledgeable!

Great work , great price , I highly recommend Orion Electric ! I will definitely use again!

Please save your money and do not get any services done from there. For a property I bought, there were some electric repairs including grounding and gfi outlets that needed to be done and I was given a receipt of work done and a warranty of an year . They assumed it would be a rental property and I wouldn’t find out that nothing was done . The gfi outlets don’t work. My husband and I have been trying to reach him for several months but he doesn’t respond. He answered in the beginning and first denied having serviced then when we said we have the receipt he admitted and said he would come by and since then hasn’t been answering calls. Just avoid this scammer!

They know exactly how to light up your life! They are detail oriented and get the job done quickly. They even cleaned up perfectly after cutting holes for lights in my ceiling.
I have used them for many projects and am always happy with their work.

I have used this company twice for business electrical needs. They provide prompt and courteous service. I was pleased both times. I would not hesitate to refer or use them again.

Great work every time! We have used David for some electrical projects for our commercial building and every time the job is done perfectly!

Johan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, professional and got the job done as promised. Johan, the owner, worked alongside his crews a good part of the time and was always available and communicative. It’s been a long time since I’ve had an experience this good with any type of home improvement project. Highly recommend.

David’s wisdom and professionalism with a remodeling problem was amazing… he made certain the kitchen wiring is now up to date, to code and safe! Honest work is what you’ll get with David!

This is the best electrician I've worked with. I've worked in cabinets and kitchen remodels for a long time and these guys are my first choice. I even use them for my personal house projects. Especially the tech, David. He always super efficient. He really knows what he's doing, super fast and his is work top notch.

Beware

Took money and stopped showing up.

Work that was done was so shoddy it failed inspection. Was forced to start from the beginning. This time with a reputable firm.

The work David did with your company was outstanding. I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing the services you offer. And again I thank David for his splendid work.

Fast Courteous Service! This team shows up and follows thru on all their work. I have an older house, David was especially helpful in figuring out all its intricacies. Highly recommend Orion Electric you’ll be more than satisfied!!
