We are way overdue to give this company a 5 star review. We had Red Royal at our house multiple times and they have always done an A+ job!
We can’t say enough about Steve. What a knowledgeable foreman! He has come to our house multiple times, has always answered our texts, and has always picked up his phone when we had questions. We worked consistently with Lester, an outstanding electrician, Cesar, Casey and few others. We will always call Red Royal Electric for any future small or big job because we know it will be done right.
We wish we could give them a 10 star review!

Casey and his crew did an awesome job replacing our old electrical panel in our house. Casey is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Outstanding service! We highly recommend Red Royal Electric to everyone.

Have had to have them out multiple times to address breakers tripping after complete rewire. Still having issues with flickering lights on same wall as breaker box. Really can’t afford follow up visits. Overall good service but we feel like we shouldn’t be having these continuing issues.

Oltain was very nice efficient and thorough. He got my company all set up and ready to go. 5 stars and deserves a raise!

Cody helped me with my outside lighting issue. He listened to my concerns and made a plan that fit my needs. The work took no time. Very satisfied.

Our new hot water heater pulled more electricity than the one we had to replace. We called Red Royal to potentially install new electric work to handle the heater. They told us that the plumbing company should have access to lower powered units. We called, and the plumbers made an adjustment to our heater. This tech could’ve said nothing and gotten over $1,000 in business, but he was HONEST about work that didn’t need to be done. We will always use Red Royal in the future and recommend them everywhere we can!! Honesty truly IS the best policy!!

Josh came in exceptionally fast!

I needed my exit sign operable for a fire inspection, and Josh responded right away. He was polite, professional, and looked the part of a true professional. Josh was my hero of the day—thank you!

Red Royal Electric did a fantastic job! Casey and Will came out to fix an issue with my stove shorting out and upgraded my electric so everything runs safely. They also installed new smoke detectors. They were both professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated their attention to detail...and the nurse discount was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Do not use this company, they will waste your time and empty your wallet. My appointment was 8am to 12pm, they called at 12:45 pm to say they were late. At that point I already lost 4 hours of work and had to reschedule because I needed to get to work. I live less than 1 mile from the business. My appointment was to fill an empty breaker spot and look at two gfi outlets that were tripping. I rescheduled even though they missed their appointment. When they gave me the estimate, it was $550! That was to cover the outlet( which they didn’t have the part) and two remove and replace two gfi outlets. My cost for a gfi is $15 and a 12 pack of breaker covers is $15. Red Royal was charging me $505 in labor for what would take me 10 minutes of work! I complained about the price and that they wasted a half day of my work time and they brought the price down to $470. Absolutely ridiculous! I declined the greedy price gouging and paid the $50 service fee. One of these gfi, was a breaker they installed less than two years ago. I will never have this company, as close as they are to me, respond for any further projects. I hope this serves as a warning to others also so they don’t get their time wasted, pay a ridiculous project fee, or lose $50 for a service fee so inflated that the aim of the response is just to collect the service fee to get you off their books while making some quick cash.

For a few years, I had Total Air. Never had an issue until... all good stories start off like that, don't they? Well, Total Air felt the need to send me some guy who I assume was a virgin to my account. I say that because when he arrived for the routine maintenance check, I showed him where the equipment was and told him if he needed anything to knock on the kitchen door. It beats following him around. He acted like this was new info and I know he had to have heard my three dogs barking. I ask if he had any questions. Nope.

Some time later... what? Maybe 20 mins or so, he opens the kitchen door, the dogs start barking. He wanted me to check the temperature. I told him this and ask him to knock because I have 3 dogs that I am legally responsible for and it would help if he was polite. No problem.

Some time later... what? Maybe 20 mins or so, same thing. I didn't say a word this time. I called Total Air and said I wanted this man off my property now. Why? Hmmmm... well, if I had to guess its' because it's my house, my property, my dogs. How's about that?

Some time later... what? Maybe 2 mins or so, he did it again and I fired him.

Fast forward to October 7. The AC goes out just like that. I call Red Royal and Chris arrives. He reminded me of a doctor as he painstakingly analyzed each suspect to identify who put the AC into a coma. Chris found the culprit and you know, he looks trustworthy, he reeks of confidence so I'm thinking, 'what the hell, maybe he did.' Interestingly, he did not charge me for the visit; I signed up for the maintenance program Red Royal offers as that is the deal I had with Total Air.

Some time later... what? Maybe 45 mins or so, I noted that the house had become noticeably cooler. I can truthfully say that Chris' confidence was well-placed.

I will call Red Royal in the future. And although Chris never had the opportunity to knock on my kitchen door, I got a hunch that he knows how. Stay tuned. ;-)

Electrician Casey was informative, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He replaced all of our kitchen outlets today and I am very pleased with the results. When we need electrical work done, we will call Red Royal Electric.

Had Red Royal out to look at my panel with a fuse issue. Joe the service tech came out to look at the issue and took the time to point out several issues that would need updating in the future to bring the house up to code and current standards. He explained it in such a way that even a person with limited electrical knowledge could understand the importance of these upgrades. He is very professional and when we are ready to proceed with the necessary work we would feel comfortable with using Joe and Red Royal!

Casey provided his expertise for our kitchen remodel. He rewired dishwaher, disposal, kitchen island and island lighting. He is amazing in his knowledge and work ethic! He provided outstanding service and we are extremely satisfied with the finished project! We look forward to working with Casey again and would recommend his services to anyone!

We are building a tiny dog apartment under my stairs, and
I did not know how to do the electrical part. So we called Red Royal Electric, and they sent out Cody and Wade. We only expected to get an estimate, not the whole thing done in one day. That was mighty fine of them. And when they were done, I had a question about my car—why one blinker wasn't working? Their mere presence fixed my car; they're like magic men!

Red Royal was great. Timely. Patient with OTOW rules and regs. Electricians were friendly and the job on Ecuadorian Way was completed in a timely manner. Hat’s off the Red Royal.

Will is thorough, a great communicator and was very pleasant to have working on my house. I highly recommend him and would like to be able to ask for him to do my future projects. All of the electrical was redone, excellent!

Casey showed up on time (called when on his way), the second appointment. Not sure who was supposed to be here on the first appointment. Casey answered all my questions, finished work that he was able to do. Cleaned up pretty well. Made another appointment for additional work by another section of Red Royal.
