Costal Cleaning Services is a wonderful company. I had searched for a year trying to find the right person to come into our home with our three dogs. The owner, Sabrina, is extremely professional, organized, and responded quickly to my request. She scheduled a consultation the same week and made me feel at ease with what her team could do! She and her team do an extremely thorough job and are friendly and professional. I am beyond thankful to have found Sabrina!!

Phenomenal, fantastic, incredible- truly not enough praise words for Sabrina and her team. She feels like family to us. We’ve been working with her for years to clean our home, our rental properties, and our boat for its charter business. She uses clean ingredients safe for specific furniture, the family, and is very upfront about issues that she notices during her cleans so that we can address immediately. Her suggestions are always great too! She recommended an air purifier brand for our home and it’s been a life saver for dust and allergens. Highly recommend her!!

Sabrina and her team are AMAZING!!! She is so quick to respond, flexible on changes, willing to go the extra mile AND the cleaning is spot on. We utilize her team for our large home Airbnb in Tampa. We live remotely, so she is our eyes on the ground and the key to all of our FIVE star reviews (many comment specifically on the cleanliness of our home). I would highly recommend her services for either one time needs or ongoing!

I needed a cleaning service to help with basic house maintenance (sweep/mop, bathroom, kitchen, dusting, etc.) after I had my first baby. I called Coastal Cleaning and I’m so happy I did! Sabrina and her team are so great. My house is always so fresh when they leave. The products they use don’t smell of harsh chemicals or fragrance but leave the house smelling very clean. The cleaning was top notch, but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever had. Something in my home was thrown away by the cleaning team that was sent to my house. The staff recovered it from the trash and replaced it for which I am thankful. Something else was also missing and not included in the photographs at the end of the job so I asked if it was there. Sabrina said they were there, but you can imagine my concern when something had already been thrown away and there was no evidence of the other item. I withheld payment until confirmation could be made that the item was in the property. The job was completed around 9:15 pm Thursday and I paid as soon as confirmation of my belongings was provided the following Saturday around 1pm. During the time between job completion and payment, about 39 consecutive hours, I was accused of attempted extortion, not having the funds to pay, I was accused of poor character and other things. I was harassed almost non-stop Saturday until payment was made. Perhaps I just caught Sabrina on a bad day, but this experience would prevent me from using this company again which ish fortunate because the cleaning was exceptional.

Coastal Cleaning is the best cleaning service I’ve found in the Tampa Bay Area! They clean our two-story home on St. Pete Beach and rental property in Largo. Sabrina and Faby are both a pleasure to work with, and the entire team is professional and trustworthy. Our homes sparkle every time they clean! Ps. We have pets, and they make sure to vacuum the furniture etc. 5 stars!!!!! 😊
