I’m not even sure where to begin about how amazing this company is! The owners make you feel like family, and the employees are friendly, efficient, and deliver excellence, at every visit. They have cleaned for us biweekly, as well as done some organizing services for us too. I am so happy with their services and there is no other company that I would recommend. It has not only been an excellent customer service experience for us, it has been a pleasure to have them.

Where do I start?!?! I interviewed numerous other cleaning companies over the course of 2 months before meeting and accepting Maids of All Trades. What impressed me the most about this Particular cleaning company is their organic way of listening to my needs and creating a plan that suited them perfectly! I can attest that they go out of their way to accommodate. I didn’t have to settle for a plan that had tiers or exclusions. They are flexible, easy to communicate with, friendly and professional. I have felt with many cleaning companies over the years both big and small and this one has me searching NO more! I would highly recommend this cleaning company!

On relatively short notice, Kelly and her team were available to clean the entire house. Not only were they thorough, well organized, and methodical and getting into areas that really needed it such as upper windows, tops of ledges and tops of cabinets. They also moved furniture and rugs out of the way and made sure that the house was spotless! They both got along terrific and worked very well together, and were very pleasant to have in our home. They took care of cleaning our home in the same way that I would. We loved their work!!

I utilized Molly Maid for a one-time general cleaning and they did a pretty good job. I have no complaints about the job but I take issue with Molly Maid rescheduling the arrival window from 12-4p originally, to 11-12p the day of, as if that would've present any issues.

Next time, be more professional and considerate, and reach out to your customer before you change your arrival window to make sure it works for them.

Bathrooms and kitchen sparkling, Jo and Holly friendly and helpful. Couple pieces of furniture appear to have been missed in the dusting, otherwise well done

I do not recommend this company. We were in a pinch and the convenience of this company worked best for us. I requested 2 hours of cleaning an almost empty and clean house. The employee agreed it was pretty clean and probably wouldn’t even need the two hours.

Unfortunately, I had an appointment I had to leave for so I wasn’t there to walk around to review the work. They left food crumbs in the sink, crumbs on the floor. The oven looks like they spent no time on it. Crumbs left in the fridge. Attention to detail is not where they thrive.

Yesterday I scheduled a move out cleaning and Molly Maid was able to come today to my house and Ashley and Ashley did an amazing job! They are very professional and very focused on their work. My house is sparkling clean! I would contact then again to clean my house and I recommend their services 100%.

Dev and Lupe crushed it - I’m so grateful for them both! The house not just looked so clean but felt so clean. Beyond surface-level clean, like, deep exhale clean. They were lovely, super super thorough, and clearly cared about the little details. I’ve worked with a few cleaning services before, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Can’t recommend them enough.

Molly Maids did a fantastic job cleaning my home!! Joann and Ivy were so professional and extremely thorough. My house was sparkling clean!! I was beyond satisfied with them and will definitely use them again!!

Jessica and Chrissy do an excellent job cleaning our apartment home. They are efficient in their work and friendly in their demeanor. Molly Maids is very transparent on costing, provides alerts to remind us of the next cleaning and has been flexible when we've needed to shift a date. Highly recommend (including to family in Orlando, who now use them as well).

Being new to having my house cleaned, I’ll admit I was a little nervous. But with how busy I’ve become living alone, I just can’t keep up—and I’m glad I gave this a try. My initial meeting with the franchise owner, Christy, was really nice and put me at ease.

On cleaning day, Jessica and Neveah were the team that came out. I left while they worked, and when I came back for the walk-through I was pleasantly surprised. They did a wonderful job caring for my home, were super friendly with my cats, and made the whole process feel natural. What could have felt awkward—strangers cleaning my own mess—instead became a relief and even exciting, knowing I’d signed up for this service.

Thank you, team Jessica and Neveah, and thank you to Christy. Coming home to a clean house and having that big chore off my plate was such a gift.

Chrissy & Kristen have done a fantastic job each time they come! Their attention to detail is outstanding, they catch things that I never would expect anyone other than myself to notice!
