The only "issue" being that I had to stop watching Fallout so that it didn't spoil one of the cleaners (in case it needs to be said, I'm not actually complaining about that and just endeared me to them more), they did a fantastic, thorough, and respectable job. My place is like brand new again, and they were discreet, efficient, and diligent

This was my first time using Molly Maids -- they stepped in in a pinch with a friends cleaner didn't show up as planned. Jessica, Nevaeh, and Deja worked so quickly and efficiently and the house is now ready for the weekend. I have been out of commission for a month and this service really helped me out. Very professional!!

I was very pleased with Joann, Jodie and Lupa. They were very friendly and professional. My bathroom floor needed deep cleaning and it looks awesome now. My whole house sparkles. Great job.

I had a great experience with Molly Maid. Jo & Holly did a very thorough job. They came in and got right to business. I only requested a 1 time service but if I ever need cleaning done again I am hoping to get those 2! They were fantastic!

Joann and Jodie cleaned my house and did an amazing job. They made my appliances look brand new and the cabinets shine. They are very hard workers and I highly recommend them. I plan on using them again in the future.

We have been using Molly Maid services for a few years now. They have always provided a very good service. As with a lot of companies, the personnel changes. The ladies who used to come and clean for us, moved on. As a result, this Friday (1/9/2026) we met our new crew, Ashley and Stephanie. Based on our previous experiences, both my wife and I agreed that they are one of the best teams we had so far. Both Ashley and Stephanie were very professional and did a fantastic job. They coordinated well and did all that was asked of them. Now, we are being selfish, and hope that they will stay with Molly Maids for a long time so that they can continue to come to our home and help us keep it clean.

This is my third time having Molly Maids clean my home, and I’m now on a monthly schedule because of how great the experience has been. Jessica and Nevaeh have been here for all three cleanings so far, and hopefully for all future ones too. They do such an amazing job every time. They are incredibly fast, but you can still tell how much they care about my home and the way they move around my space.

They’ve also become friendly with my dogs, and it honestly warms my heart to see them interact and play with them while they clean. It’s such a small thing, but it means a lot.

Olivia was here today as well, and she went above and beyond by cleaning the dishes from a house party I had the night before. That kind of thoughtfulness is exactly why I love this team.

I highly recommend Molly Maids if you want reliable, kind, detail-oriented people caring for your home.

As mentioned above one of your team members gave me the date and I found that very helpful. I noted that I appreciated her giving me that because I can never remember what the date is without looking. She mentioned offhandedly that she knew the date because she gets her food stamps today. These hard working women were professional and did a great job today in a role that is physically taxing. I do not know what they get paid and it’s none of my business. But it appears it’s not enough to support themselves sufficiently. I paid about $190 for 1.5 hours of work, which works out to around $60/hour per person. We all know and respect that there are various overhead costs…no problem. But it appears what they receive is not enough to be financially secure and independent without assistance. It’s frankly disappointing that they don’t receive that. I would be happy to use your services again if I knew your staff were making a fair living wage.

We have used Molly made at our home here at the St. Pete several times. We have never had bad service and the staff is always very friendly. Joe and Raven did a fantastic job today! I would highly recommend.

Very easy to work with over the phone for scheduling, etc but our cleaners didn’t do the absolute best job. It was a big house, but they left quite a few spots untouched and we had to ask them to redo a few things. But after they were gone we noticed a few places not completely done. (Glass shower door still had soap scum, light bulbs in bathroom fixtures weren’t dusted, streaks on appliances.) Affordable and fair pricing.

Jo and holly did an amazing job getting our apartment in tiptop shape for our move out! They went the extra mile and ensured customer satisfaction. If I need a maid service in the future I will definitely be coming back to Molly maid.

I do not recommend this service. Paid nearly $200 for a “deep clean” that left visible dirt, soap scum, and tile grout in worse condition than before.

While some areas were addressed, several items included in the “deep clean” service were still visibly dirty, such as spots on a toilet, food splatters on kitchen cabinet fronts, dust on blinds, and soap scum in the shower.

I contacted the company to raise my concerns. They apologized and offered to send someone back to correct the issues, which I appreciate, but I was not comfortable with that option as I have no interest in hovering over someone while they clean my home to a basic standard. I treated myself to this service to give myself a break, but lesson learned. I requested a partial refund instead, which was declined.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I had the pleasure of having Ashlyn and Lupe clean my home and they did a PHENOMENAL job. My house has never been professionally cleaned and I wanted to surprise my husband when he returned from his trip to Europe with a deep cleaned house. These girls were meant for the job - they spent 3 hours deep cleaning my home and it absolutely shows. I’ve actually never seen my oven shine the way it is now lol Ashlyn and Lupe were so sweet and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will absolutely be back and will be requesting them again 🥰

Miguel and his crew showed up on time, removed all the old grass, dropped new top soil and sod. They even trimmed some tree branches. Very happy with the finished product.
