I greatly appreciated your prompt service. We had new cubicles being installed in our new location and it was important to install them in a clean area! The floors look great!

Horrible customer service. We tried to use them for managed properties. Sales rep, Jim, was fantastic, professional, and attentive. First couple of cleans were good. However, they began to miss appointments, and the office was extremely rude to our tenants. Trish (regional director) was the main problem. When asked to speak with her supervisor, she said the owners are in Miami. I contacted the Miami office and was told that they can't do anything about it, since each city is a separate franchise. Hopefully Jim can find a company that will represent his professionalism.

To be honest, I shouldn't single out this cleaning service, because in the 11 years that I have been hiring cleaning services, I have yet to find one that does what they promise in their contract. You are given all the hype about the detailed cleaning they perform, compared to other companies and they may do those things for the first couple of cleanings and then they slack off and do the bare minimum. I have to constantly ask for them to clean things that they are supposed to do anyway. For the most part they keep the bathrooms clean but everything else is hit or miss.

I love Anago, they have a team of very good franchise owners, who strive daily to please customers with dedication and effort. The workers at the Anago office make a perfect team between owners and clients since without that manager it would be impossible to obtain those excellent results.

Jamie is fantastic. Our offices and shop always look amazing after Jamie comes. He also works with us around holidays and let's us know when supplies are running low. Great service. I highly recommend Jamie.

Anago has done a fantastic job of cleaning our 6 clinics located throughout the greater Tampa Bay Area. I Couldn't ask for a better staff to work with.
