Amazing good job

I would first like to mention that the maintenance crews do a thorough job every time they are out. But, we have had some communication issues with them and the company. We have a shared parking lot and the workers have been spraying herbicides on both the property they are maintaining and ours. It has been proven that these poisons have devastating effects on wildlife, our environment, and people. When approaching the team while they're spraying, they say "you'll have to take that up with the boss." Well, that's nice, however "the boss" never returns phone calls. When something was finally said to management, they then blew leaves over to our property and just left them on the sidewalk where patients and customers walk. I don't think it is the crew, but management instructing them to do this.

I waited a week for an apt and specifically said they could start right away (because I asked). Then emailed me 2 days later to say they couldn't do it. Not professional at all.

They staff did a great job!! Honest professional and the prices were 1/2 of what I received from other companies. Will definitely use the services again.

My property has never looked better. They do a wonderful job every week and are reasonably priced and very efficient. I would highly recommend this service.

Try not to block a major road while mowing. Parking a truck in the right hand turn lane on highland ave and drew to save yourself 20ft on a side street is ridiculous, not to mention illegal.

Every week it's always something not done correctly. If only there crew took pride in their work we wouldn't have to call to get the job done. Now unfortunately we are going to have to take our business else where.

UPDATE: STILL POOR QUALITY CONTROL... WE WANTED TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE BECAUSE I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK BUT YOU STILL NEED TO HAVE QUALITY CONTROL!

Terrible communication, do not do what they say they are going to do. Killed my beautiful large Azalea bush, cut it back too far. Would not even remove it!

I do not recommend this business at all. I am a business owner, so beware.

They are ok. Price is similar to most places in the area. However, if they move something don't expect them to put it back and if they break something don't expect them to acknowledge it. If you ask them to not do something (e.g. not leaf blow a certain area) don't expect they'll follow through more than a time or two.

They don’t even try to hide the fact that rather than picking up yard waste they just blow it in adjacent yards.

Professional and friendly lawn maintenance company ,they do a wonderful job every week! Plus they are so good to my pups and their toys that scatter the lawn. I highly recommend Chapman Professional Lawn Maintenance!

Poor professionalism!

I did some research to find recommendations for local lawn services and saw several people referring Chapman's Lawn Services. I called to express interest in getting an estimate and left a voice mail. A week later, while on a Zoom meeting for work, I received a call from an unknown local number and answered it to be sure it wasn't an emergency at my daughter's school or something of that nature.

The gentlemen said he was from Chapman's, to which I responded I was on a work call and asked if I could call back 30 minutes later. He laughed at me, said he'd take me off of their list, and hung up...

Reckless driving around children, consistently blocking residential roads, and speeding in dead end neighborhoods sums up my experience with this company quite well.

I'm not a customer, I never will be, and I'm going to request my neighbors to find someone else. Lots of us have kids around here, and once they see the video I have of how the drivers behave I have no doubt they'll change lawn services.

Rick and Joe team came to our home and did excellent work. We had some palm trees in dire need of trimming back! Both of them were courteous and professional in how they worked and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company for your maintenance needs.

Chapman's is a great company to work with. They are easy to communicate with and helped me with my landscape clean up, design and install. I will use them again for a semi annual clean up and refresh.

Rick & his crew were hard-working and efficient, neat and nice. They trimmed my trees and my cactus. Dane provided care and advice for the maintenance of my ornamental plants. I recommend this company from the beginning stage of the job with Rodney, to the cleanup with Rick and crew. Thank you Chapman's!
