Our carpet was flooded near the bathroom, our walk-in closet and into the bedroom. We called on a Friday night, hoping to set up an appointment for the next morning. Kevin called us back within 30 minutes.

When Kevin arrived, he was very prompt and timely. He was also very thorough in examining the situation. He explained everything very clearly, and was very fair with the pricing. Best of all, he did a fantastic job! Everything looked like new. The water from the carpet and walls were removed. Highly recommended!

Crew was polite, hardworking, with good equipment. We were very pleased with the results. Especially the furniture cleaning. We highly recommend Castle Keepers and will call for future needs. Also, we thought the price was reasonable.

Their workeds arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time after notifying me they were on the way. Both young men were personable and professional. My rugs were cleaned well. I would use them again as well as refer the company to others.

Castle keepers did an excellent job of cleaning approximately 1800 ft.² of tile in our home. They were very professional and we learned a lot about caring for our tile in the future. They were very punctual and timely arriving and completing an outstanding cleaning of our tile and grout. The job was finished at the price we agreed upon. We will have them returned annually to clean particularly the high traffic areas. We strongly recommend Castle keepers. I

Castle Keepers did an incredible job bringing my 10 year old couch and upholstered chairs back to life. They look so fresh and actually feel clean! They also did an amazing job cleaning my kitchen and porch tile, it honestly looks as good as the day it was installed! I just had to take a minute to leave a review. The gentleman that came to clean my carpets did very good! The carpets looked wonderful! From the moment he walked in he gave off such a positive energy. Very friendly and uplifting to be around. He took pride in his work and came in on his day off and was a very very pleasant person to be around. My dog peed on him and he didn’t even care lol. Strongly recommended for anyone needing there carpets done. If you want good quality work and a guy with incredible energy call them!

I walked into my office 6 AM to find about 1/3 of the office flooded and unusable. Made some calls and was recommended to Castle Keepers. Kevin and his crew were there shortly, by 8:30, and got the water out and started drying things out. It took 6 days before everything was dried out, but Kevin came in every day and checked the progress, including weekends, I didn't need to rip out any carpet, baseboard or drywall. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and Castle Keepers.

We contacted several companies before contacting Kevin at Castle Keepers to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. Those other companies called back several days later. We called Kevin, he immediately answered and had someone out the same day. They did an awesome job at cleaning my dads carpet that had not been cleaned in years. Kevin is very professional and on the ball. His team was professional, courteous and did an amazing job at returning the carpet to like' new. Thanks again for your amazing service, we appreciate ya! Kevin and Cody from Castle Keepers Carpet Cleaning & Flood Restoration gave me unbelievable next day service at a stressful time in my life. They cleaned all my carpets, some area rugs and all the tile floors and grout in my house. They were hard workers, efficient and went above and beyond to help me within the schedule I had--literally giving me next day service. My floors look great and I can't thank them enough. I very highly recommend them!

I had Castle Keepers come out to my apartment when I first moved in because the carpet wasn’t as clean as I felt it could be. Cody and Noah were my technicians and they were an absolute joy to work with, it took them about an hour and a half to clean my 3 bedroom apartment and the difference was night and day! And the price was really affordable too! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Kevin was so thoughtful and accommodating on a small job but family emergency that I want him to get as much businesses as he can do. The cleaning process was the deep clean needed and the guys were so kind and on time. 6 stars!!!

Cody did a great job cleaning my carpets, and under a bit of stress, too, as a theft occurred from his truck while he was inside cleaning. He maintained a positive attitude and completed the job well even though I know he was pretty upset. My carpets look and feel wonderful this morning. We have used many carpet cleaners in the past and recently was recommended to try Castle Keepers. Upon making an appointment Cody and Ricky showed up promptly as promised. They reviewed our needs and explained their process thoroughly and provided a reasonable quote. We immediately agreed to move forward, since they showed an outstanding experience, professionalism and courtesy. We never have been comfortable with leaving our house with service providers in the past, however we immediately felt very comfortable with them to complete the work and trusted them while we left the house for a short while. They called us when close to completed so we could return for them to show us the outstanding results. We no longer have to even consider another carpet cleaner. We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great job!

We had Castle Keepers come and clean our tile floors in the bedroom, living room, entry foyer and hallway and I have to say, they were the best I've ever had. We have quite a few cats and it is a constant job to keep the floors clean, but Castle Keepers took the job right in stride. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the tile, then put little feet under everything to be sure it would dry properly. Cody and Noah were our technicians and they were the nicest guys you could want in your home. Very clean cut, with nice company shirts and huge smiles. What a nice change from many other companies I've dealt with. They even got to my home early, but I wasn't there yet. They were very polite and said they would be more than happy to wait until I got there. Kevin, the owner, came by and stayed to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. I plan on using them again and again because there is no one that could do a better job in my opinion.

Excellent! Kevin the owner quickly responded to my inquiry on Angi. Set up an appointment when Cody and Derek the technicians were great. Kind. Neat. My couch came out looking really good. I had two stains. Both focused on getting them out. I’m thrilled with the results. Much better than Stanley Steamer. Fair price. They easily maneuvered a high rise too!
