We have a rental property that Castle Keepers has always taken care of for us when we need them. They do a great job and scheduling communication is so easy.

These guys were great! We had plumbing issues that caused water damage to carpet and wall. Immediate response time, courteous service, very accommodating. They were professional and pleasant.
They cleaned up the project beautifully. Very dependable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Castle Keepers!

We have used Castle Keepers several times and have always been very pleased with the service. This week I thought we had some serious cleaning challenges with carpet stains, a sofa that our pup loves to sleep on and bathroom tile floor that has seen better days. The carpets, sofa and tile all look awesome! Kevin colored and sealed grout in the bathroom floor and it looks like new. Highly recommend these guys.

Castle Keepers has done floor, grout and carpet cleaning a few times plus water remediation clean up for me for many years and I highly recommend their services. Kevin and team are thorough, friendly and responsive plus prices are reasonable. If you like giving smaller companies who do great work business, give them a try. We had an unexpected water leak. Kevin and his team were here same day and took care of us. The did a great job. The walls and floor dried out perfectly. Friendly and courteous staff. Will definitely call him again if needed.

I had arranged with Kevin to come to my home that had been flooded by Hurricane Helene. The construction crew and painters had been there for about 4 months....and that water that had flooded our home was nasty. CK had been recommended to me by a neighbor that had used their services recently. Kevin was very prompt with his responses - both phone and texting. He went out ahead of time to give me an estimate - not cheap -
$ 2600.. I wanted him to steam clean and seal all the tile in our home (about 2200 sq. ft). His crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning and sealing. They even did the shower enclosure tiles, a brick patio outside the front of the home, and did a sunroom that we had been using to store furniture and artwork while the rebuild was done on our home - necessitating them to move things out of the sunroom. ( I was not planning on them doing this room so hadn't moved anything ahead of time). I am very pleased with their thoroughness and would highly recommend their services.

From beginning to end this was a flawless experience. Kevin was a pleasure to coordinate with to schedule our full house carpet cleaning and sofa cleaning. His technicians Cody and Derek were courteous and efficient with the cleaning. Reasonable price also. Great team, great job!

My carpet been over 20 years old and so many stains from several water leaking accidents and workers walked over the wet carpet, it looks awful. Found this company over internet and called them. Kevin showed up and was very professional with checking what I need and get all his info.
The day came for my carpet and tile clean, two nice young men name Cody and Derrick, they got right to work and told me about how long it’ll take to clean and how long it’ll be dry.
The results was amazing, carpet looks refresh
And clean and the grouts on my tile really shows the different, I’ll definitely call them again and refer to all my neighbors and friends.

Glass of red wine spilled and sprayed out on pale green carpet. Technician Cody immediately went to work and the stains are no longer visible. Amazing! Great company!

I finally found an amazing carpet cleaning company. Customer service is great, even on a Sunday, the technicians were very professional and punctual. I was ready to replace a white rug and they removed all the stains! Looks brand new.

Two very professional young gentlemen arrived on time to the minute- to steam clean my carpets- got out every stain that previous cleaners unable to remove. Price very reasonable. I will request their services from now on and hi highly recommend.
