Chris provided 5-Star service repairing our A/C! He worked hard hours in the Florida humidity through the heat of the day, but somehow didn't disturb me ONCE during his time here. Chris was very professional he called in advanced. Showed up on time. Was quick, clean. I have used Red Royal electric for update during a remodel and now the sister company and now Cool A/C for a repair and will I use them again.Came back out no service call put me first stop on the day.

Chris did an amazing job. He came by to help me with the HVAC maintenance and found some opportunity for me to really extend the life of my system and improve my overall experience at home.

I have never had a service individual give me as much attention and care as Chris did. He took the time to explain what was happening how everything worked and what would be needed to fix it. There was also no pressure to move forward with any of the solutions, but he presented all of the options A+.

We requested to a quote to UV Light for our coils, and they have a special of adding an additional air purifier to our HVAC with the UV Light. I thought Chris was very good and professional technician, so we went forward with having the work done now instead of getting multiple quotes. We could have probably had it installed for less, but the speed and efficiency of same day installation has its worth too. The problem was the panel over the heater coil was not able to put back on properly, so it will require a return visit. I didn’t notice that he didn’t put it all back together until after he left, so I will give the office a call back.
I called the company I hired to do my pre-season check up, and just realized the person that was sent was from another company (subcontractor evidently) than who I thought I was working with, Red Royal Electric, so I am wondering if they will send someone different to finish what was started. The representative I spoke to said they would be back out on Wednesday in the afternoon, and I could operate the HVAC until then but it doesn’t look safe so I will turn it off until then. I am very concerned how they operate their business now and will not looking to using them again after this until they explain why they would leave the system without being properly secured.

Chris was awesome! He was informative and friendly. Will definitely have him doing all our HVAC maintaince. So update 2 days after I made this review our heat went out and the fan motor went kaput. I called Chris right away and he got us on the schedule same day and made every attempt he could to fix it, unfortunately we needed a part that was not available and had to be ordered.. Chris kept us in the loop as we were leaving for vacation. He came to the house got everything fixed and tested the entire system. It was so great to come home to a warm house.
Furthermore with 2 service calls and the parts they could have jacked the prices and labor, not only did we pay a very reasonable price they included a maintaince plan to check on the unit regularly and got our new parts warrantied so that we won't be worrying about this problem while back in NY!!! Thank you to Chris, his boss and Red Royal Electric/ Cool AC services. The techs we have dealt with have been beyond amazing and went out of their way for us.

Chris is awesome! He didn’t have good news for me, but I could tell his word was bond and he did everything in his power to make me whole! My system is still not working, but not for lack of trying and I am hopeful the estimate for breaker and pump doesn’t kill me. 10/10 would recommend this man
