We waited a while to review Ervin Air. As a retired contractor myself, its best to wait until you see how the service the work the do. Ervin Air as fare and quality work. We highly recommend thier work.

We have two AC units and have been a long time customer of Ervin Air. We’ve experienced repairs, maintaince and even an installation and have been happy with each experience. Whether it’s Harold, the owner, or any one of his guys that come out they’ve all been knowledgeable, respectful and kind. We will continue to do business with this trustworthy company. I highly recommend.

Arrived on time to do the Fall maintenance check of HVAC equipment. He found no issues requiring attention, but he did make a good suggestion about how to correct an issue with low temperature in a north facing room. Joe came back and replaced three old vents with adjustable vents. Hopefully, this will let me balance the air flow more evenly.

This company goes above and beyond to get the job done right from start to finish. Sierra was very friendly when setting up the estimate and scheduling the install. Harold is straight forward and does not try to sell you anything you don’t need. He had a very competitive quote on a new system which we needed. The system is cooling the house beautifully and Joe and Jay did a wonderful job on the install. Harold checked in several times during the process and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. I have already recommended this company to several friends and family members and I would highly suggest you use them for you cooking and heating needs.

It may seem repetitive when I see so many 5 star reviews for Ervin Air but since they don't go to 6 stars we'll have to settle for 5. Harold as well as everyone in his organization including Sierra (at reception) and Joe B (one of the lead techs) are dedicated, honest and totally dedicated to doing what is right for the customer. Not only have they taken care of my A/C needs but have gone out of their way to make sure it was always done right. In the process they have literally saved me thousands of dollars from less the reputable alternatives. Thank You!

11/26/25 This was my second experience with the AC company that installed my system in July, and they once again delivered excellent service. After installation, I learned I needed an outlet plug in the closet for the condensation pump. In late October, I scheduled an inspection and received an appointment within two days.
The technician was professional and thorough. During the full inspection, he found an issue with the outside wiring box and showed me photos. He initially thought it might have been done by the electrician, but I explained the electrician never went outside and that the wiring box was part of the original installation. He apologized, and the team corrected the issue immediately. The system passed inspection afterward with no problems.
I appreciate their honesty, quick response, and commitment to making things right. Highly recommend!

July 25 I had a great experience with the AC service team after hours. I arrived home after work and it was 88 degrees inside despite Ervin having installed a new AC less than a month ago. I quickly texted Sierra, the service representative about the issue; she advised me to call the office, which I did. I received a prompt callback from Ervin, and a text from Sierra with ETA, which was impressive. They quickly identified the minor issue and took the time to thoroughly explain it to me, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for their promptness and expertise!

I’ve been using Ervin Air for several years now, and have always been happy with their services. Joe is very personable and does an excellent job. They do not try to upsell me as previous AC companies have.

Harold Ervin is top-notch with his service. He takes his time identifying the problem, explains clearly what is going on, and thoroughly checks his work, step by step. Harold was a Diver for the prestigious Navy Seal Team and has owned his business for 27 years. His prices are more than fair and he strives to get the job right. I know 15 residents at OTOW who have all used Ervin Air for installing their AC units. All highly recommend his services.

On time, professional and no up sale.
I was informed of the tech assigned the job on the day of the appointment. Joe arrived on time courteous and professional. Took his time to do his job thoroughly.
When he was done he briefed me, all's good, without trying to up sale me a system.
Will utilized their services again.

We have found our new AC company! We needed some repairs and cleaning on our system before we sold our house and Ervin Air did a fantastic job! Sierra was so kind and helpful over the phone and she was able to schedule us just 2 days out. The technicians arrived right on time and were very friendly! Their prices are super fair. Harold Ervin from the beginning explaining my options (repair old AC, replace the AC). I decided to replace it and they were able to do it the next day, the guys showed up early and got right to work replacing the air handler in the attic before it got too hot up there. They didn't rush, took their time and did everything correctly. I know have a much cooler less humid home with 39% humidity inside with AC set at 79. It feels great.

I had a completely new AC system installed by Ervin Air. The crew did a wonderful job. They worked quietly, quickly and carefully. My house was immaculate when they left- inside and outside. Any questions I had were answered completely. The guys were polite, professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Ervin Air for any of my HVAC needs!

Air conditioner and compressor were over 25 years old and very inefficient. I was having problems with the drain because it was not done according to code. It was necessary to install an evacuation pump to handle the drainage.
The crew who did this were super efficient, very informative, very professional, explained everything to me, and polite.
