Recently we had Ervin Air install stands for our AC units. They did a great job. I had a maintenance contract with another company and really didn't feel the service I was getting was good so I reached out to Ervin air. Their cost is about 50% of what the other company charged they did a better and more thorough job, as well. Joseph was very polite and did a great job. In addition I had a thermostat go offline after a power surge. And they were able to diagnose it in just a few minutes. Harold was very efficient and very professional. I will definitely be using them for all my future work on my HVAC.

A week later my AC unit stopped working. They were able to come out on very short notice and diagnose the problem. They gave me several options and got the work done very quickly. I highly recommend this company. The owner actively participates in the business. And is a very honorable person as well as his technicians.

Our Air Conditioning unit went out some time last night. I called Harold at Ervin Air this Morning. He came out very promptly. Checked the air handler in the Condo and apparently the fuse blew. He replaced the fuse and the air conditioning is back on.
We always use Ervin Air. He installed our air conditioner. We gave his name to other residents at our Complex. Several of them used him to install their air conditioners. They all agreed that his company is very reliable and they would recommend him to others as well. Thank you Ervin Air

Ervin Air replaced my air conditioner and air handler in a timely manner, at a fair price. The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. Everything was swept up and clean before they left. Harold Ervin and his staff were excellent to work with. Best AC service in Tampa Bay! Harold has come to my house a couple of times now for ac maintenence & repairs. When I purchased my home a few years ago, I knew the Air Conditioner was on its last leg but Harold kept it running for me until this yr & just replaced it with brand new ac unit & air return. Ervin Air installed it today and all of the guys couldn't have been nicer! They were all so great and had all of my air ducts replaced. I'm so excited to have the new unit finally installed! 1st time using this company, received service that very day, very pleased with his evaluation, and installation.

My,story stated when my air conditioner went out in 90 degree weather and my original Air Conditioning Company that I had been with for at least 20 years,refused to come out to service the air conditioner, because the technician was afraid of rats and he thought we heard one when he was checking the unit. The same day I called Ervin Air,and was extremely impressed with the comforting and understanding of the problem we were having and the how they expedite the service of getting us back us until we could see about getting a new unit. The service technician Ryan came out and was wonderful, as my husband would say he came in did the job never complained and got it done. We got a follow-up call from the owner Mr Ervin ,that day and he came out the following week to give us an estimate. My husband and myself we so pleased with the with the service and how everything was explained to us and what to expected, we felt Mr Ervin was fair and honest and really respect his customer, and treated them like family. A few days later the new system was put in and is amazing. Ervin Air will be our choice for air conditioning services hands down and I would highly recommend them.

Harold is the owner, he's very honest and up front with you. He doesn't try to sell you a new unit but trys to fix the one you have. I appreciate that. I did need a new unit though, mine was old and not a top quality brand. They replaced it in one day with a top quality brand. Very efficient, polite and professional team, Joe and his co worker (sorry I forgot his name.) I was quoted $3000 less than the company who originally installed this unit. I highly recommend them for all your HAVC needs.

Started with a good relationship months ago and ALWAYS paid bills from $20k to a few $100 across multiple locations. Then to be accused of not paying ONE INVOICE, when the billings go to junk email and phone calls under spam due to no caller ID loaded for the business. Sent a letter and the same day decide to post social reviews as an attempt to impact business...does not feel good or sit well with me to have another family business use social media post to impact ones business that we all work hard to build to have defamatory comments posted. For a fellow family business and fellow veteran would have expected higher standards of conduct. When called to settle billing, I had to deal with rude and condesending reponses. All I wanted to was make sure while i was on the phone I recived the bill so I can pay.

Harold and staff are second to none. Always great, and their attention to detail can’t be beat. Thanks so much for taking great care of our condo.
