The technician came early which was great and he was so professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why. After checking everything he told us about the plan for ongoing service. We declined at this time and he did not try to pressure us. We would welcome him back every time.

We have been using Bayside for over 20 years and have never had any thing but positive experiences. We use their 6 month maintenance plan and it makes all the difference in keeping the system working perfectly. Jason is our tech and he is always thorough and explains everything but never tries to sell us on anything not necessary. Even when we have needed after hours service, the service is prompt and not overpriced.

Bayside HVAC company recently performed our bi-annual Preventative Maintenance on our 9 year old unit. Their technician Jimmy is always kind and detailed with our routine service under our maintenance contract. I always feel confident he is staying on top of our system and I don't have to worry.

I agreed to an annual contract. They are the only company that calls me to set my appointments. Shows up on time and sends great technicians that have great customer service. They sent a great technician who was knowledgeable and experienced and spent time answering questions well after the service was complete. This was not an additional paid service. I appreciate the technician and give him 5 stars for friendly knowledge and honest service. I think this was the third technician I’ve met from their company and the service is pretty standard. I will keep doing business with them. Give them a bonus for keeping customers loyal.

I cannot say enough great things about Bayside Heating and Cooling. My air conditioner broke down in the middle of the summer heat, and they came out the very same day. Not only did they respond immediately, but they even installed a temporary window unit so my home would stay cool and comfortable while waiting for my new system to arrive. That level of care meant so much to me. They also provided me with a one-year free maintenance warranty, which I truly appreciated.

Jason, the technician who came out to do my 6 month maintenance went above and beyond, he was super nice and professional. He even changed my air conditioner filters, he noticed a loose screw on my door that was coming out, Without being asked, he went out to his truck, grabbed a screwdriver, and fixed it. That small act of kindness really stood out to me.

Because of the exceptional service, I’ve requested Jason as my service technician going forward. Bayside is truly an outstanding company, and I highly recommend them!

Came out for my 6 month check up and showed up right on time. I like that I receive a text letting me know the tech is on the way and lets me track his progress. Then they always send an email after to make sure I am satisfied.

We were not sure what problem we were having if any and Harold was up front by saying that due to the extreme temps and increase in electricity cost, there may not be anything wrong but they would check it out. Our electric bill had gone way up. They were prompt and professional. They checked out the entire system and gave us good news that everything was good. We did have a less than great capacitor which we had replaced. Great job.

Always prompt and professional. They explain things in a way that they are very easy to understand. I never feel that they are trying to "sell" us on a new system. Just letting us know what's happening and what all of our options are.

Last year for the first time, we had retained Ervin Air for the annual check of our system and were completely satisfied. This year Ervin Air replaced the A/C and we were again completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship.
We purchased our condo in 2010 and only wish that we had retained this company for the annual check-up and servicing since 2010!

I had Harold and Joe come out to give me a quote on a new AC system and air handler. I thought I would need new duct work as well. Harold inspected the duct work and could have easily said I can replace the ducts to make more money but he said you don’t need new ducts and the ones I had were great. He gave me a quote on the price (great price) for the new AC system and was there 2 days later installing them. The work Harold and Joe did exceeded my expectations and everything works/looks perfect professional work through and through. The trust, honesty and professionalism far exceeded many companies. I would recommend if you’re looking for great work with honest people at a great price call Harold and his team! I can’t thank you guys enough and I’m loving the new system!

Came out same day! What a treat. Calling to schedule an appointment was quick and easy. Harold came out to check out our AC and I was impressed with his troubleshooting process. He's a pro & doesn't waste any time. It's never fun to have your AC go out in Florida, but if (when) it does I definitely recommend Ervin Air to make the repair painless. Overall - Fairly priced service fee, straight to the point service, professional & courteous staff and technicians!
