John, was absolutely amazing. I didn’t have an appointment but Blair’s fit me in their schedule, same day as my AC stopped working. They are always so kind and professional. I have used their services for six years now and I am always pleased. Thank you!!

I did not have a pleasant experience with Blair’s & wouldn’t recommend them. When bringing my concerns to them, they’ve handled it in a way that shows me my gut is right.

I have a newish (1.5 years) unit and it has had nonstop leaks and issues. It was installed by another company. Blair’s came out to give me a diagnostic report. I asked both men to wear booties to protect my new floors. Both took them off.

They stayed in the attic examining the unit and did provide photos and videos. They presented me with an estimate for repair. They never checked the drain line.

I had the City inspector come out as well as two more companies comparing bids. The unit was fixed almost immediately clearing the drain line to where it stopped leaking. Then we had it rectified so it’s running new again. The issues were not, however, all what was stated in my very expensive estimate for repair. They were symptoms of a larger issue. Sure glad I didn’t go With them because they would have been an expensive bandaid. The tone, the conversation, the way they all handled my visit and my concerns has been highly unpleasant/defensive/arguementative. I am so glad I found another very honest and amazing company for my future business. Bottom line-I don’t trust them and they’re not for me. Their report would have cost me extra but most likely not fixed my issues.

Had an emergency call on a Friday near close of business as we were hosting a get together the next morning, totally expected would have understood if they were out of bandwidth to come out. They offered to at least come take a look and get ahead of the game for an actual repair as soon as they could. Fortunately, our issue was straightforward enough that they had what they needed on hand to get us back in order.

Jason and Alberto were great. Professional, straight up, kind, and provided advice and gave me every opportunity to accept or turn down services along the way. Hated keeping them on a Friday afternoon, but grateful for them. We knew our unit was approaching its twilight, and Blair will be on speed-dial and my first recommendation to others going forward. Thank you Jason and Alberto!

I would like to compliment my AC serviceman on 05/30/24. The tech arrived promptly late in the afternoon and resolved the problem within an hour. He was courteous, informative during the repair and is a compliment to his company. Thanks to Chris Fox summer will be bearable indeed...!

Chris Fox is one of the best technicians I had since dealing with Blair. He tested everything. He had lots of equipment and he stayed for at least two hours trying to find the issue. Clearly im losing freon. I have had this issue since last march. Chris managed to figure out freon was low. He even told me that my condenser was rusting. He went out of his way to try to find the issue I was having with the AC. He even said that he would come back in a week to test the level of Freon. Chris Fox is an asset to Blair’s air-conditioning. He seems to care about his job and helping the consumer. I will be requesting him going forward. Thank you Chris!

Technician Chris came to our rescue after we called Blair's late in the day. Our A/C had stopped working on a hot day and it was up and running again in less than two hours. Prompt and quality service!

This is the worst company for what ever they do left my family with out air for 9 days. Never registered the unit for warrantee. It is still sitting in my back yard. They do not care about anyone. Do not ever use them

Chris Fox was out today for our 6mo check up and did a great job making sure our unit was in good shape. Chris is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Chris is also very personable and we enjoyed his visit. Our AC unit is very old and Blair and technicians like Chris have keep it running for many years. We highly recommend Blair and, in particular, Chris Fox.

Great service from Chris F. at Blair’s. Found that our motor and a capacitor was starting to fail even though we voiced no complaint during a routine maintenance visit. Replaced under warranty and showed up early and showed me every diagnostic test he ran. Completely tested the system. Total cost $0.00 because of manufacturer warranty and service agreement. Highly recommend. Very thorough, punctual and Chris F knows his business! Thank you Chris!!

Blair’s Air went out of their way to go pickup the parts my AC unit needed! We would have had to wait a whole week without AC had they not done this and just waited for the part to arrive. Thank you so so much for taking care of this and not leaving us in this Florida heat! They did a great job, were professional, and left the house clean before they left. I highly recommend them!

Chris Fox was out today updating my fairly new Daikin heating & air conditioning unit with an ozone unit. Excellent work and a very personable/knowledgeable tech. As always Blair’s is the best. Been using them for over 20 years and they always come through with the best and fastest service. I would highly recommend getting their twice per year service plan. Just ask for Lisa and she’ll set you up with top notch service.

Third time in 8 years my new unit has broken. Open during the weekend but can never fix until weekday? Is it because I have a warranty?

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received from Blair's, particularly from technician Chris Fox. He went above and beyond by driving over an hour and a half during Friday night's rush hour to service our air conditioning unit. Although we were originally scheduled for Saturday morning, my impatience for cool air led me to reach out, and Chris was attentive to my concerns and promptly came to our aid. His expertise and dedication to his work were truly impressive. Chris Fox is an outstanding technician. Thank you, Chris, for getting our air conditioning unit back in working order!

We have been in our new home for a year and a half now. The air conditioning has NEVER worked properly. When we just called Blair’s AGAIN to come out and AGAIN fix our system (it completely stops cooling) they demanded payment for service. DO NOT use Blair’s!

To share more history, we had to hire an outside company to review the system and they have had to guide Blair’s in what repairs to make after finding pages of issues. We have been in the process for a year and a half trying to have a working a/c system. We have been patient with them but have now had to hire an attorney.

Blair's A/C installed a new system in our home in July. It worked perfectly all summer keeping us cool. When our recent cold weather came we found we had no heat. A service call was arranged. The technician Chris F. came and spent some time to get to the solution. He was persistent to make sure the repair was correct and not just a patch. The unit now works as it should. Chris was on time, polite, clean and respectful of our home. It is obvious he takes pride in his work. Thank you Chris and Blair A/C.

A/C shut down. Called Blairs and they were there within 1 hr. Chrir Morris was great. Turned out the drain was just clogged and we had air right away. Thanks Chris.

We use Bayside for our primary residence and rental property. They are always able to schedule quickly and any problems we’ve had pop up, they resolve quickly! Jim was just out to service our rental unit and he was very honest and thorough with the work he did. Bayside is great!

JJ was extremely informative and very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely want him to continue coming to do the next service. Highly recommend him.
