Derek Kijowski was as professional as I have ever experienced with an AC tech. He took the time to describe in detail what the process was going to be like. Additionally, he corrected an issue that was previously diagnosed as a problem and determined it was not. Recommend Derek as highly as I can.

We replaced our entire HVAC system. A 2 day install became a bit more than originally thought. The team set us up with temporary portable AC for our comfort. After all the hard work Trent, Rich and Mark put in to this install, it is perfect! They didn't leave a mess! Our home is nice and cool! We are very pleased and recommend using them!

Kneau was awesome. On my thermostat issue he found why it was happening that wasn’t caught in March of this year. Very respectful, awesome manners and asked if there was anything that he could help me with since I had a procedure done the day before and I couldn’t use my right arm.
I will definitely be asking to have him come out and service my air conditioner at all times.

Our cooling in our unit stopped working. Aspen got in contact with me after I had shared we were having issues. She was SO quick and responsive when it came to getting all my information, verifying warranty and sending out our estimate. She was beyond helpful and I’m so thankful for her help. Mark called to verify all the information/diagnosis with my husband and a tech was sent out the very next day. Derek was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Aspen and her team prices are so fair and don’t take advantage. 10/10 recommend for all your services !!

I’m very eager to work with this company! Derek came out to give me a quote, and it was significantly lower than others I’ve received. He clearly explained the issue and also walked me through how their company serves as a true one-stop shop for home needs. I think that’s genius, and it really sets them apart.

Joe worked after 5pm on a holiday weekend to identify an AC problem. In minutes, Joe found the fix and drove to another truck to get the needed part and had the AC up and running. He saved us from having to buy a new unit.

Nothing better than feeling like family. The folks from Blair's Air did a great job when we needed them fast. I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC service.

Haven't even used their service and likely never will. One of their van drivers muscled myself and one other driver out of our lane, while driving in the rain. I called the number on the van to let them know about the driver, and was put on hold. The driver pulled into the same neighborhood as I and began flipping me the middle finger while I was talking to his boss. He then got out of the van yelling and swearing at me and pounding on my car - all while I was on the phone with his boss! The boss asked me to identify him or the van and so i rolled down my window and held the phone out and asked him his name for his boss, to which he replied "you dont jeed my f***ing name!" So I gave the license plate number which he tried to block, but he hadn't realized I have a dash cam which is recording all of this event. All the boss said was they asked him to go back to the office for a counseling session. In my opinion this guy shouldn't be out on the road or dealing with customers, and a counseling session doesnt sound like it's going to do much. Knowing I had it all recorded on a dash cam didnt seem important to the boss, I told him I could send it to him and he said it wasn't necessary. As someone out in public, advertising for your company, youd think youd br a little smarter. Knowing the company employs guys like this means I'll never use them and this is a story that gets shared.

Had a problem with another company that installed a mini split system. Blair came in a solve the problem immediately and ordered a part that the original company didn't put in so we could pass inspection. High marks for Blair!!!

They have done and do work on 4 properties of mine. They are fair, prompt and professional which is a lot more that I can say for other AC companies I have dealt with over the years. I am staying with Blair's.
