Honest and professional at a very fair price. I'm lucky to have found this family-owned company. Teng came out within an hour of my phone call to give me a second opinion based on another company who had been out before him and had quoted me an extremely high repair price and recommended I completely replace the whole system. After Teng did a thorough diagnosis it turns out the system only needed minor repair and coil cleaning which which was done at an extremely fair price. I have a Carrier heat pump. I was getting a fault code reported by my thermostat. Caliber Heating and Cooling responded to my call very quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and repaired my heat pump in just a few days. Xiong was very friendly, honest and capable. We had been a Harrington customer for many years but ownership has changed. Harrington is now overpriced and unethical. Go with Caliber. I highly recommend this AC company.

**Updated 9/11/25** I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars! Last night when we got home it was warm and my thermostat was blank. I emailed Caliber and heard back, within an hour, after 10 pm, and he was able to come out and fix this morning 🙏😭 The level of professionalism, expertise and genuine care is top of the line. We had gotten 2 quotes on new A/C units after having issues each year since buying our condo in 2018. Caliber A/C was recommended by a friend to check out and give a 3rd quote. They were so friendly and professional, and after looking at our A/C advised we didn't even need a new unit. The biggest issue was the drain and angle, so instead of thousands of dollars on a new unit, we signed up for their maintenance plan and had a pump installed to eliminate the drain issues. We are extremely happy and highly recommend these guys. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism!!

After having ACS come out 5 times in a month & 4 different techs, they couldn't figure out the issue. My system kept shutting off & on & then on a Fri decided to stop. I already spent $3900 for parts that turns out I didn't need. So before I called ACS back Mon to replace my thermostat that they said could be the next issue , I decided to try Caliber on a Sun since i read great things & fam owned.
Also it was getting too hot with this weather to wait.

Teng comes out & not only fixed the issue but saved me hundreds of dollars!. Teng only charged me for the service fee & having to go through the whole system to find out the issue & verify ACS did it properly with the parts I already replaced. If I called ACS back to replace the themostat, the issue would have continued. Thank you so much for being honest & giving exceptional service! Very rare these days. I will def be using them in the future

Teng was referred to us by our realtor. We had been traveling and came home to our condo in St Pete and discovered our AC had not been working for several days. Our unit was very hot and humid.

We reached out to Teng and he offered to come out immediately, even though it was Saturday at 630 pm on Labor Day weekend. We did not have access to the roof, so Teng had to come on Sunday morning. He arrived on time, provided an honest diagnosis regarding the part that was broken and a cost quote up front. He was in and out in about an hour and charged us a fair price, without gouging us with extra fees due to the holiday weekend.

It would be a big mistake not to call Teng if you are having any issues with your heating/cooling unit.

A++ I can't say enough great things about Caliber Heating and Cooling. I was out of State and called Caliber becasue our AC stopped working. They came out and diagnosed my problem. Very polite and professional. I was given two written proposals. One to fix and one to replace. No pressure at all. We are very happy with the professionalism and workmanship. I recommend this family-run business.
They accommodated my work hours to come out and give me an estimate so I wouldn't have to take time off. Had 2 units put in. As soon as I paid my deposit, they installed the first unit immediately. The second was on back order, but they were able to do that the next week. Everything neat and professional. Did a great clean up job, too!

AC broke down and we wanted a new one. They installed in 1 day and ensured that it qualified for the Duke energy rebate. Very satisfied with their service.

I had Caliber heating and cooling come out and replace my air handler and condenser as mine was turning 20years old and wasn’t cooling anymore. Honestly the level of professionalism and detail were nothing short of amazing. The fact they took such good care of my house going on and out, kept me updated on what was going on made me really comfortable. On top of that they even walked me through what I needed to do after everything was said and done and easily answered all my questions and then some. I cant say enough good things about them. I am very happy with the service Teng provided. He checked the A/C and replaced the part that was actually damaged. He didn't try to upsell me; instead, he cleaned the A/C plumbing for me without charging anything extra. This is an honest company that you can trust and recommend.

I just can't say enough about this family owned company! We were looking to have our entire HVAC system (including air ducts) replaced & after receiving a few quotes a friend of ours recommended that we reach out to Caliber. I'm so glad we did because they did such an outstanding job! They installed a new 3.5-Ton heat pump split system with all new ductwork and plenum risers. They also added more return air to improve our airflow throughout the home. Communication was great, they were professional, reasonably priced, & everything was installed in a timely manner. All their work is above standard! Even the county inspector was impressed. I highly recommend them!

We had Caliber replace our HVAC (two units) and add two minisplits over the last 3 years or so. They were out today for a routine check and are always communicative and personable, very pleasant to deal with. And they know the equipment inside and out
